Frequent erections are normal at your age and it is really hard to control when and where they happen.
Embarrassing when it happens in the shower with other guys in there to say the least.
Is it happening when your seeing the other guys or is it just random erections?

Usually what happens when I’m there is that a few minutes after I take my clothes off and walk into the area I get an erection. I feel when I get embarrassed and try to hide it then it makes it worse.

Does it only happen when other guys are in there or is it happening if your alone in the shower?
If it is happening when your seeing other guys controlling it won't happen.
Maybe thinking of other things might help a bit.
Depending on the layout of the showers getting in and out quick and using a shower close to the entrance might help.
Have other guys noticed that you have an erection?

It happens when there are other people in there. And yeah I think some have noticed it. The layout is one big open rectangle with a few shower heads on the walls next to each other.

If seeing the other guys or them seeing you is getting you excited controlling your erections will be difficult.
It happens to lots of guys when and where you get an erection is hard to control.
How is it at school in your gym class is it happening there as well?
Probably just not worrying about it would be easiest if anyone says anything say the soap wouldn't lather.
Guys getting erections in the locker room or shower happens a lot it's embarrassing but it happens.
Do you think that the chance of other guys seeing that you have an erection turns you on and that might be why it is happening.

Thankfully at my school we don’t have working gym showers, we just change and do go past boxers. When the other people see my erection it deffinately gets the blood pumping the heart beating faster though. Also, like you said using the soap really does not help it at all.

if your gay seeing other guys in the shower is going to get you turned on if there is something about being seen naked with an erection that excites you it will happen every time.
Yeah guess you have to be careful with how much you clean it.

Discovering your sexuality is part of growing up and with being a guy if your seeing something you like it shows.
Some guys are self-conscious in public showers and being seen naked is uncomfortable, you just might enjoy it and kinda thinking being seen with an erection is something you like.
Whatever the reason is behind it does it kinda seems like you enjoy providing it is not at school.
Do you go to the gym alone if a friend was with you do you think it would be different if you had a friend stay over and were getting changed would you be able to control it?

Yeah I always go alone. If I was with a friend I think I’d be able to control it. I’m never naked around friends because at places like the school we only ever go down to our boxers. It’s only in the gym showers when I’m naked that I can’t control it.

I wouldn't worry about it Kyle.
I think one day it will become clear to you why it happens.
With it happening a lot if it was bothering you thinking you would stop showering at the gym.
It's hard to say what would happen if your with a friend or you had to shower at school but it does sound like it is one of two things or maybe both.
Either way it doesn't matter being 15 probably just thinking about it and posting about it has an effect on you as well.
At first when it happened did you leave the shower?
Just wondering if now your staying in there kinda of hoping to get noticed.

When it first happened and until now I only spend the time needed to shower then leave to get dressed and dry off. I’m not hoping to get noticed or anything because when I do I still try to hide it a little.
