Public Offer for the Linkshooter Service

General Provisions

This Public Offer (hereinafter referred to as the "Offer") regulates the terms of use of the Linkshooter service (hereinafter referred to as the "Service"), provided by the developers of the Service (hereinafter referred to as the "Administration"). By using the Service, you (hereinafter referred to as the "User") accept the terms of this Offer.

Description of the Service

The Linkshooter service provides Users with the following features:

1. Creation of shortened links.
2. Access to analytics on shortened links, including:Number of clicks.
3. Countries and cities from which clicks originated.
4. Devices used to click the links.

Use of the Service

1. Access to the Service is provided through a Telegram bot operating in Telegram WebApps.
2. Users can create shortened links and access analytics through the bot's functionality.
3. To access premium features, Users can purchase plans using the internal Telegram currency "Stars".
4. If a refund is needed, Users can request it using the /paysupport command.

Payment and Refunds

1. Payment for premium features of the Service is made using the internal Telegram currency "Stars".
2. If necessary, Users can request a refund using the /paysupport command.
3. Refunds can be requested within 10 days from the date of purchase.
4. Responses to refund requests are provided within one working week.

Data Collection and Use

1. The Administration collects and analyzes data on the Service's operations and User activities to improve the quality of the services provided.
2. Collected information includes, but is not limited to, the following data:Number and types of clicks on links.
3. Geographic information (countries and cities).
4. Device information.

Liability

1. The Administration is not responsible for the use of shortened links created through the Service by the User.
2. The Administration reserves the right to make changes to the terms of the Offer unilaterally. Changes take effect upon their publication on the appropriate resource.
