Remove the alcohol swab from the vial and pierce the membrane of the spore vial with the syringe. Make sure the tip of the needle is submerged in the spore solution. Retract the plunger form the syringe to suck up the needed amount of spore solution and remove the syringe from the spore vial. Clean the membrane with an alcohol swap when ready.
