Psilocybe Cubensis Hawaii
Сан-Исидро — вид грибов, относящийся к роду Псилоцибе, семейству строфариевых. Также эти грибы называют псилоцибе кубенсис. Они содержат психоактивные алкалоиды — псилоцин и псилоцибин. Этот вид впервые описал американский миколог Франклин Самнер Эрл, это произошло в году. Грибы были собраны на острове Куба, откуда и произошло название — псилоцибе кубенсис. Помимо типовой разновидности Ps. Они растут в субтропических регионах на навозе. В нашей стране их выращивают искусственно в домашних условиях на субстрате культуры. Диаметр шляпки Сан-Исидро колеблется от 10 до 80 мм. Окраска бледно-желтая, а по мере старения становится коричневой. Форма сначала конусообразная, а в старости приобретает вид колокола, кончик шляпки выпуклый и загнут вверх. Поверхность шляпки гладкая, грязная. Мякоть плотная, беловатого цвета, при повреждении синеет. Длина ножки колеблется от 40 до миллиметров, а диаметр составляет миллиметров. Форма ножки толстая, а основание еще более широкое. Окрас ножки белый, при повреждении становится голубым. На ножке располагается гладкие, сухое кольцо белого цвета. Окрас спороносного слоя меняется от серого до серо-коричневого, края у пластинок беловатые. Споры пурпурно-коричневого цвета, овальной или эллиптической формы, с толстыми стенками. Активность у этих грибов очень высокая. Главными психоактивными веществами этого гриба являются токсины группы триптаминов — псилоцин и псилоцибин. Употребление Сан-Исидро в определенных дозах провоцирует развитие псевдогаллюцинации. Возникает состояние, сопровождающееся эйфорией, усилением эмоций, или усугублением настроения, порой может даже возникать тяга к самоубийству. Эффект зависит от обстановки и жизненных ситуаций человека, который употребляет грибы. Кроме того, в состав кубенисов входят беоцистин и норбеоцистин, концентрация этих веществ невысокая, она меняется в зависимости от подвида. Воздействие этих токсинов изучено плохо. Также в этих грибах находится в небольшой концентрации вещество диметилтриптамин. Но в некоторых подвидах может содержаться диметилтриптамин в достаточных количествах, в этом случае после курения грибов происходит психоделический эффект. Действие псилоцибе кубенсиса продолжается примерно часов. Эффект начинается спустя минут после поедания грибов, а грибной отвар может действовать уже через минут. При нагревании псилоцибин преобразуется в активную форму — псилоцин. Разрушение псилоцина происходит при длительном воздействии высокой температуры — градусов. Через 30 минут или 1 час происходит пик, который продолжается часа, а затем он спадает на протяжении часов. Психоделический эффект грибов называется трипом. В это время сам трип не наступил, но проявляются негативные эффекты, например, боль в желудке, озноб, нарушение зрения, удушье. Любители психоделиков считают, что это связано с наличием в грибах токсинов, то есть так протекают симптомы отравления. Любые грибы, в состав которых входит псилоцин и псилоцибин, включены в список наркотических средств, поэтому их оборот на территории России запрещен. В других странах Сан-Исидро запрещено собирать, употреблять и реализовывать. Но споры этого гриба не запрещены, однако покупать их можно лишь с целью проведения научных исследований, в противном случае эти действия классифицируются в качестве подготовки к преступлению. Но данный процесс не регламентируется никакими законами, в результате споры этих галлюциногенных грибов находятся в свободном доступе в России и других странах. О легальности мицелия сведения противоречивые, с одной стороны, он не относится к плодовому телу, но, с другой стороны, в нем также имеются психоактивные вещества. Psilocybe cubensis is a species of psychedelic mushroom whose principal active compounds are psilocybin and psilocin. Commonly called shrooms , magic mushrooms , golden tops , cubes , or gold caps , it belongs to the fungus family Hymenogastraceae and was previously known as Stropharia cubensis.
