Protein Hit - Privacy Policy

Protein Hit is a protein and water tracker that runs entirely on your iPhone. This policy explains what that means in practice.

What we collect

Nothing. Protein Hit has no account, no sign-up and no login. We do not operate a server that receives your data, and the app contains no analytics, advertising, attribution or crash-reporting SDKs. The app makes no network requests at all.

Where your data lives

Everything you enter is stored locally on your device. It is included in your own iPhone backups if you have those enabled, which are controlled entirely by you and Apple. We have no access to those backups.

Camera

Protein Hit asks for camera access only so you can scan a nutrition label. The image is read on-device by Apple's Vision framework to pull out the numbers, and is never uploaded, shared or transmitted anywhere.

Health data

Protein Hit does not read from or write to Apple Health and does not request HealthKit access. It provides general nutrition tracking, not medical advice.

Price

Protein Hit is free. There are no in-app purchases and no subscriptions, so we receive no payment information of any kind.

Children

The app does not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children under 13.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this address with a new effective date.
