It contains biologically active substances with emollient, ambient and anti-inflammatory effects. It can be used in complex and chronic inflammatory diseases of respiratory organs: laryngitis, tracheitis, bronchitis, bronhyalnaya asthma, whooping cough. Ambroxol syrup — modern medicinal product, which thins and helps to expectorate. The drug stimulates formation of liquid and thinning of dense expectoration component, it has a pronounced expectorant effect. Mucolytic expectorant drug. It thins the expectoration reducing its viscosity and adhesiveness as well as facilitating the expectoration and its evacuation from respiratory passages. It is used for treatment of acute and chronic diseases of respiratory organs accompanied by difficulty of expectoration evacuation caused by formation of viscous and hard released secretion: acute bronchitis, chronic bronchitis in the exacerbation phase, inflammation of the trachea, laryngitis, pharyngitis, bronchial asthma, bronchial pneumonia, cystic fibrosis of pancreas, multiple bronchiectasis. They thin viscous sputum and favour its expectoration, stimulate bronchial clearance in case of chesty cough, reduce pain over the breastbone in case of dry and persistent cough, prevent complications and disease recurrence, promote healing of mucous respiratory passages as well as recovery of the patient. Analgin is a time-proven medicinal product with pronounced analgesic, antipyretic and anti-inflammatory effects. Due to the optimal content of Thermopsis plant developed by native scientists and technologists — Antitussinum tablets have more pronounced, prompt and long-lasting effects in comparison with similar cough-drops. This medicinal product is recommended for use in complex therapy as antitussive, anti-inflammatory and expectorant drug for disease treatment of respiratory passages. Before use dilute dry mixture in boiled and cooled water to the mark of the bottle according to the instruction for use. It is prescribed for internal use after the meal for children under 6 years of age — 1 teaspoon 5 mL times per day, children after 6 years of age — 1 dessertspoon 10 mL times per day. Shake the mixture carefully before use. Used for treatment of hypoacid gastritis with hypoacidity or anacid gastritis with anacidity , anorexia within complex therapy. Tickseed plant has sudatory, cholagogue and diuretic effects; it improves digestion and has a favourable effect on metabolism. Oils included in the plant remove inflammation and inhibit putrefactive bacterial activity. The birch is used for treatment of chronic inflammatory diseases of the kidneys and bladder. It coagulates microbial cell proteins including enzymes , increases cell membrane permeability ensuring the rejection of bacteria growth and development. The medicinal product can be used externally as a medium antiseptic agent for treatment of skin diseases and disorders of external auditory canal. It is also can be used as an anti-pediculosis remedy. It is used for rubbing-in against inflammatory and traumatic injuries of joints, muscles, ligaments, against rheumatism and radicular pain. This medicinal product is intended for internal use for treatment of gastritis, gastric and duodenal ulcers, colitis, enterocolitis, inflammatory diseases of liver, bile passages and spleen, for external use — for treatment of oral cavity mouth ulcer in children, gingivitis, pyorrhoea, inflammatory- dystrophic parodontosis form ; for treatment of sore throat and tonsillitis — in complex therapy. It is used as antiseptic for treatment of infected septic wounds, cuts, skin burns as well as for treatment of mucous membrane inflammation of oral cavity, gingivae stomatitis, gingivitis , pharynx, tonsils pharyngitis, tonsillitis ; for internal use — as cholagogue for treatment of biliary dyskinesia, cholangitis, cholecystitis in combination with complex therapy. It is used externally for treatment of burns, cuts, fractures, wounds etc. After use of the unguentum, calendula provides anti-inflammatory, wound-healing and antibacterial effects on skin. This medicinal product is intended for internal use with complex treatment; it is used for treatment of gastritis, inflammatory diseases of liver and gall bladder, enterocolitis, flatulence and cold-related diseases.
