Project Manager for Project in UAE (distant)

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end project execution: from initiation and planning to implementation and delivery.
Coordinate cross-functional teams across tech, operations, logistics, marketing, and customer service.
Track project milestones, timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure timely and high-quality execution.
Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including roadmaps, status updates, and executive reports.
Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to reduce project disruption.
Drive process improvements and implement best practices in project management.
Align project objectives with broader company goals and ensure all stakeholders are informed and engaged.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Management, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in project management, ideally in e-commerce, logistics, or fast-scaling startups.
Proficiency in project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
Strong organizational, analytical, and leadership skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Ability to work effectively in high-pressure, fast-paced environments.
Fluency in English (written and spoken); Arabic or Russian is a plus.
