🚀 We’re Hiring: Project Manager (Remote | CST Schedule)
We are looking for a Project Manager to join our growing team! This is a remote opportunity ideal for candidates who have strong experience managing workflows and coordinating projects efficiently.
📍 Location:
Remote – Open to LATAM & global talent
🕒 Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM CST
💼 About the Role:
This position will focus on managing project workflows, ensuring tasks move efficiently across teams, and supporting operations related to construction-style projects.
👉 While this is a Project Manager role, profiles with experience as Concrete Estimators or similar construction-related roles are highly valued.
✅ Must-have:
* Strong, hands-on experience managing workflows end-to-end (NON-negotiable)
* Ability to track progress, coordinate teams, and ensure timely delivery
* Solid organizational and communication skills
* Comfortable working in a structured, process-driven environment
⭐ Nice to Have (but NOT required):
* Experience in construction projects or concrete estimating
* Background in engineering (Civil Engineering is a plus, not mandatory)
* Familiarity with project management tools (training can be provided)
