Description:

Service Type: Project Management

- Service shall be provided by an experience Project Manager in Telecommunications BSS (Business Support Systems) especially in Billing domain.

- Service shall be delivered reporting to Company’s Program Manager and working with the 3rd Party Supplier delivering to Company.

- Service shall be delivered in English and Russian

- Service shall be delivered in Uzbekistan with English and Russian languages.

- Proven track of delivery experience in project management with the Billing Systems Providers is required.

Duration: 15 Months with extension and early termination clause

Start: January 2024

Main goals:

Scope: Project Initiating, Planning, Executing, Monitoring and Controlling, Closing according to the Company’s Process and Tools: Scope, Schedule, Cost, Quality, Resource, Communication, Risk and Stakeholder Management

Deliverables:

- Deliverables Frequency

- Project weekly & monthly report as per format defined Monthly

- Monthly financial review and inputs for project financial controller Monthly

- Milestones and deliverables follow-up as defined in the project plan Monthly

- Contribute to the project management tools updates Monthly

- Update Microsoft project online with scheduling and resources Monthly

- Maintain the Risk analysis up to date Monthly
