What do we expect from our perfect candidate?

Must have:

- 3+ years of experience in project management;

- strong knowledge in project management, understanding of project management principles, tools, and techniques;

- ability to work on team level & strategic level (taking a bigger picture into account);

- strong knowledge in business, budgeting, and analysis domains;

- proven experience working with Agile (Scrum, Kanban) methodologies;

- experience with JIRA, Confluence, MS Excel/Projects;

- understanding of DLC;

- excellent documentation skills;

- obsessive attention to details and strong problem-solving skills;

- advanced time management and analytical skills;

- upper-intermediate English;

- excellent communication skills, written and verbal;

- skills in Facilitation;

- great at building relationships and leading groups of people;

- ability to work in a multicultural environment.
