Project Management Coordinator
Digital nomads. Work from anywhereCompany: Arabian Private Holdings
About the role
The Project Management Coordinator role exists to provide operational structure to our advisory mandates for a leading financial services provider. The position is necessary to ensure that our internal workflows remain as precise as the advice we give to our clients. By managing the logistics of complex projects, this role allows our principals to focus on providing clarity to boards and family groups.
About Arabian Private Holdings
Arabian Private Holdings was founded on the principle that many critical business problems do not fit the traditional large firm consulting model. A board facing a succession question or a family group weighing a capital injection does not need a team of twelve associates and a hundred page methodology deck. They need experienced partners who can sit with a problem, form a rigorous view, and defend it. We take on a limited number of mandates to ensure that every client receives direct attention from the principals who are actually accountable for the outcome. Our work covers corporate strategy, governance, and operating model efficiency for some of the most significant family groups, listed corporations, and government entities in the region. We operate as a remote firm, choosing to prioritize the quality of our analysis and the strength of our relationships over traditional office overhead.
What you will do
* Manage the administrative timeline for our current mandate with a leading financial services provider.
* Organize documentation and data rooms for family group portfolio reviews.
* Coordinate schedules between firm principals and external corporate boards to ensure consistent communication.
* Draft summaries of governance meetings and internal strategy sessions to capture key decisions.
* Monitor the progress of tasks related to operating model efficiency projects and alert principals to potential delays.
* Maintain the internal knowledge base for client mandates to ensure all data is current and accessible.
* Ensure that all project deliverables meet our standards for clarity and logical precision.
* Track active work streams to prevent operational bottlenecks in the advisory process.
What we are looking for
* Strong curiosity about how large holding companies and financial institutions operate.
* Precise writing skills and the ability to summarize complex discussions in plain English.
* A logical approach to organizing information and managing schedules across various time zones.
* Comfort working in a fully remote environment with minimal daily supervision.
* Ability to quickly learn and adopt internal tools for project tracking and documentation.
* A disciplined mindset regarding deadlines and the confidentiality of client data.
How we work
We are a distributed firm and our remote model is a deliberate choice rather than a necessity. It allows us to prioritize high level analysis and hire based on thinking ability regardless of physical location. Working here means you will be close to the core decisions of a mandate and will observe how high level governance is executed. Our principals provide direct mentoring, and you will see firsthand how we advise a leading financial services provider on their operating model. We do not produce meaningless presentations: we focus on rigorous views and honest advice. This approach requires every team member to be self directed and highly organized.
What the role offers
* Competitive pay that is attractive for a permanent, entry level role in the project management sector.
* Direct exposure to high level corporate strategy and governance work for major regional entities.
* Mentorship from firm principals who have decades of professional advisory experience.
* The flexibility of a permanent, fully remote professional environment that respects your time.
* A culture that values clear thinking and honest communication over traditional corporate hierarchy.
