Project Everest for Mondrian

Device side (only):

• Migrated sensors HAL to AIDL,
• Switched to source built fx.tunnel interface,
• Dropped few secomp policies,
• Imported qcril_database,
• Killed entirely the touch_report,
• Fixed up some touch related things in kernel,
• Minor changes.
