The Role We are looking for a highly organized Program Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of integrated marketing programs across multiple clients and regions. In this fully remote role, you will be the connective tissue between our cross-functional teams and our clients, ensuring every campaign hits its objectives, timeline, and budget.
What You’ll Do:
* Drive Execution: Oversee integrated marketing programs from planning to delivery across strategy, creative, digital, PR, and experiential teams.
* Manage Operations: Track timelines, budgets, and project plans, ensuring all components align with client performance metrics.
* Lead Communication: Act as the central point for stakeholder communication, lead regular status meetings, and manage expectations.
* Optimize Workflows: Proactively identify risks, manage dependencies, and use data to improve processes and resource allocation.
* Collaborate with Leadership: Support new initiatives, maintain high-quality standards, and drive operational efficiency across all client engagements.
What You Bring:
* Core PM Skills: Proven experience in planning, scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder coordination.
* Marketing Expertise: Background in cross-functional marketing, advertising, or brand management (agency experience is a major advantage).
* Tech Savvy: Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Jira, Slack).
* Analytical Mindset: Ability to analyze program performance and translate data into actionable process improvements.
* Remote Readiness: Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills with the discipline to deliver reliably in a fast-paced, distributed setting.
* Global Perspective: Comfort working with international clients and distributed teams.
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent practical experience.
