The role
We are looking for a Product Manager with 3+ years of experience to join our Product Management team and contribute to the evolution of the JustRelate product portfolio and platform.
You will work across the full Product lifecycle - from understanding customer and business problems through discovery, prioritization and delivery, to launch, adoption and iteration.
This is a hands-on Product Management role combining Product thinking, customer understanding, pragmatic decision-making and execution.
We are looking for someone who can identify the right problems, make sound trade-offs and turn Product decisions into shipped customer value.
What you will do
Product Discovery
* Understand customer and user problems, needs and workflows.
* Work directly with customers and users to gather qualitative and quantitative insights.
* Combine customer evidence, Product data, business context and market signals to identify opportunities.
* Frame Product problems and expected outcomes before moving into solutions.
* Use prototypes and experimentation where useful to explore ideas and validate assumptions.
Product Strategy & Prioritization
* Contribute to Product vision, strategy and roadmap.
* Define clear Product goals and expected outcomes.
* Prioritize based on customer value, business impact, evidence and technical realities.
* Make and communicate Product trade-offs.
* Balance short-term delivery needs with longer-term Product direction.
* Identify relevant dependencies, risks and opportunities across Products and teams.
Product Delivery
* Own Product initiatives from discovery through delivery, launch and iteration.
* Work closely with Engineering and Design to deliver the smallest valuable version and evolve it based on learning.
* Make Product decisions and trade-offs that balance customer value, business priorities and technical realities.
* Navigate dependencies, technical constraints and technical debt pragmatically to maintain momentum.
* Validate that delivered capabilities create the expected customer and Product value.
Go-to-Market & Adoption
* Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Support and other relevant teams on launch and Go-to-Market readiness.
* Ensure new capabilities can be clearly understood, positioned and adopted by customers.
* Use adoption, customer feedback and market signals to inform further Product iterations.
What we are looking for
* 3+ years of Product Management experience.
* Hands-on knowledge of websites, email marketing, and how to plan and run campaigns.
* A deep understanding about digital marketing in RL.
* Experience with B2B SaaS platforms or enterprise software.
* Experience working in a cross-product or Platform environment.
* Experience across the Product lifecycle: Discovery → Prioritization → Delivery → Go-to-Market → Iteration.
* Strong understanding of Agile Product Development.
* Experience working directly with customers and users.
* Experience working closely with Engineering and Design.
* Strong prioritization, decision-making and Product trade-off skills.
* Comfortable navigating technical constraints, dependencies and technical debt.
* Familiarity with APIs and integrations.
* Comfortable using prototypes as a practical way to explore and validate Product ideas.
* Comfortable using AI as part of everyday Product work.
* Familiarity with Jira, Confluence and Figma.
* Fluent English, written and spoken.
