• Problem:
  lots of new project start with presale and some amount of tokens use for initial liquidity on a DEX. but they burn the LP token because of ensuring the investors about no rug pull.
  
  usually current DEX charge 0.3% of each swap and reward for LP holders.
  because of buring the LP tokens by the project team no one will receive that 0.3% and actually all of that money burns !
  
  so literally the projects' team punishing their own investors with 0.3% for each swap and no one benefit from that money !

• Solution:
  a new DEX that have 0% swap fees if you pair your token with $MSPEPE
