Dear Genshin Impact users!

The regular build has already been updated and is available for play. During the testing period, all accounts remained safe, including those on Global and Chinese servers. We sincerely thank everyone who participated in the testing! 

It is important to note that due to changes in the protection mechanisms, `you must launch the loader before opening the game`, and press `F2 strictly before the in-game gates open and before entering the world`.

All active keys will receive compensation within 24 hours. If your key has already expired, please contact our support team.

At the moment, the project has been moved out of testing status but remains in a stage of resolving technical issues related to the game’s updated anticheat system. We originally planned to delight you with many product updates, but right now all efforts are focused on stabilizing the current situation.

As for error 4001 - we are working on fix for it. At this time, it does not pose any threat to your accounts, but we are working on a full fix. Please avoid playing on your main accounts for the next 2 days. After that, we will start a new testing phase with the fix and new features.

Until the end of update 5.8, we will introduce many changes and improvements to our protection systems, so that when you enter the new patch, you can play comfortably as before, without worrying about getting banned.
