We are seeking a talented and creative Product UI/UX Designer to join our team and play a crucial role in designing an exceptional user experience for our AI-based product. In this role, you will collaborate closely with a cross-functional team to ensure that our product is user-friendly, visually appealing, and optimized for AI interactions.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points. Use these insights to inform design decisions.
• Develop user flows, wireframes, and prototypes to create a seamless and intuitive user experience for our AI product.
• Create visually compelling and user-friendly interfaces that align with our brand identity, making use of AI-driven design principles when applicable.
• Organize and structure complex AI-generated content and data in a way that is easy for users to understand and navigate.
• Work closely with product managers, AI engineers, and developers to integrate AI capabilities seamlessly into the user interface.
• Conduct usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on design solutions for continuous improvement.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends, emerging AI technologies, and design best practices to apply innovative solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in UI/UX Design, Interaction Design, or a related field is a plus.
• A strong portfolio showcasing your UI/UX design work for AI-based products and highlighting your problem-solving abilities.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in UI/UX design.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar software.
• Proficient in creating interactive prototypes.
• Strong knowledge of user-centered design principles and usability best practices.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a cross-functional team.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, evolving work environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to find innovative design solutions.
• Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to delivering pixel-perfect designs.
