Product Owner

Ortnec holdings is a group of companies developing SAAS platforms for the online entertainment industry. These services include content licensing market, content syndication marketplace, content storage platform as well as billing for online services.

We're seeking a Senior Product Manager who is passionate about building powerful tools to create and deploy highly engaging email marketing campaigns, creating motivated team and setting up processes in efficient way.

About the project:

We are one of the biggest projects in private email marketing with over 1 billion emails sent every month.

Our high-load project is about mass e-mail marketing: we tailor the funnels/verticals with highly targeted demand  across web and mobile to ensure a high delivery rate and maximum revenues from the partners' email lists. Our TDS provides email intelligence that in addition ensure the optimization capabilities and maximum ROI. 

Team structure:

6 team members: Delivery Manager; Project Manager; 3 Senior-Middle Backend Developers; 1 FrontEnd Developer; 1 Designer; 1 Campaign Manager and remote team members

What we expect from the candidate:

• Minimum of 4+ years' IT extended experience of managing and leading large-scale, complex, multi-location projects with 5+ on-site team members;
• Minimum of 4+ years' in a role of Product Manager/Owner in IT sphere;
• Minimum of 1+ year of experience focusing on email domain expertise (mass e-mailing);
• Excellent decision-making skills with a knack for identifying, prioritizing, and delegating;
• Able to meet deliverables and drive your work to completion within specified timelines;
• Work well with research, design, engineering, marketing, and supporting teams to build alignment around the goal of a product;
• Expert knowledge of project management processes and business process improvement methods;
• Strong technical abilities and ability to work closely with engineers;
• Capable of working under limited supervision;
• Great communication skills both written and verbal;
• Able to present ideas and solutions to many audiences including senior management;
• Stress-resistant personality;
• Fluent knowledge of English;

Will be a BIG plus:

• Job experience at email marketing service companies like Marketo, Sendgrid, MailChimp and others will be a GREAT plus!

• Design and develop experiments, analyze patterns and trends, and identify new opportunities for growth;
• Deliver product requirement documents that are easily understood by technical and non-technical folks;
• Use data to make good decisions when confronted by ambiguity;
• Understand technical dependencies and be able to communicate what's needed to our engineering team;
• Collaborate with counterparts in marketing, sales and engineering, as well as with external partners to launch and grow market adoption and revenues;
• Define and deliver on market research objectives and key performance indicators;
