Product Manager (Mobile Apps)
About Heartify
Heartify is a fast-moving health-tech company dedicated to transforming how people monitor and understand their cardiovascular wellbeing. At our core, we develop a mobile app that turns everyday smartphones into powerful heart-rate and HRV tracking tools — enabling users to gain meaningful wellness insights easily and accessibly.
We offer an environment where ambitious professionals can make a genuine impact — you'll work in an agile, trust-driven setting, crafting products that meet real needs and move markets. If you're passionate about health tech and ready to shape the next wave of digital wellness innovation, join us.
The Role
You'll own mobile apps across our product portfolio — from roadmap to results. We're looking for a PM who's shipped real products, runs on data and experiments, and knows how to turn user insights into features that move the needle. You'll work closely with marketing and engineering, drive A/B testing at pace, and take full accountability for the unit economics of your apps.
What you'll do
* Run the show for mobile apps across our product portfolio — you own the roadmap, the backlog, and the outcomes
* Dig into competitors, spot patterns, and bring ideas that actually move metrics
* Ship A/B tests constantly — we iterate fast and expect you to drive that rhythm
* Build and own unit economics for your apps — know your LTV, CAC, ARPU, and payback cold
* Work hand-in-hand with marketing — you don't need to run ads, but you need to speak their language and challenge their assumptions when needed
* Write clear specs, keep engineers unblocked, and push features from idea to production
* Live in the data — funnels, user behavior — and turn what you see into what we build next
What we're looking for
* 2+ years as a PM shipping mobile apps (iOS and/or Android)
* You've worked on more than one app — you've seen what works and why. That "product eye" matters a lot to us
* A/B testing experience
* Can build unit economics from scratch and explain it to anyone
* Enough marketing expertise to have a real conversation about channels, CPAs, and payback
* Comfortable with AppsFlyer, RevenueCat, Amplitude, Firebase, or similar
* Above all — you're a doer
Why Join Us
* Work remotely with a flexible schedule
* Join a global team of A-players who value speed, responsibility and results
* Make a real impact: your decisions directly shape the success of our products
* Competitive compensation with opportunities to grow as the company scales
* Great culture with freedom, trust, and the chance to work on a product that reaches millions
