Product Manager

We are currently seeking a talented Senior Product Manager who can enhance and manage one of the existing products of Step ecosystem (Step App, DEX, Launchpad, Marketplace).

Requirements:

• 5+ years’ experience in a Product Manager/Product Owner role
• Deep understanding of crypto/blockchain
• Upper-intermediate or above English proficiency
• Customer-centric attitude
• Strong communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Tasks:

• Manage the design and development of one of the STEP ecosystem products
• Build a deep understanding of our users and their needs and interests
• Manage feedback and deliver value to customers and internal stakeholders
• Support and drive product marketing/communication activities
• Work together with our team to define metrics for measuring success
• Regularly monitor and report on the performance of products and new features
