Detailed Requirements:

• Knowledge in product management, preferably in B2B environments.
• knowledge of product development processes, from ideation to launch and beyond.
• Ability to create and execute a product strategy aligned with business goals.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies, especially Scrum.
• Familiarity with Agile tools such as Jira for project tracking and backlog management.
• Ability to gather and prioritize customer feedback and translate it into actionable product improvements.
• Experience with complex B2B sales cycles and customer relationship management.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and sales.
• Ability to communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap to internal stakeholders and clients.
• Ability to define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and iterate on strategies.
