Detailed Requirements:

• Ability to create and manage design components, libraries, and design systems in Figma.
• Proven experience in user-centered design, including user research, information architecture, and interaction design.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders.
• Ability to create visually engaging and consistent design assets.
• Proficiency in creating high fidelity prototypes within Figma to demonstrate user flows and interactions.
• Strong visual design skills, including a keen eye for typography, color, layout, and iconography.
• Ability to bring designs to life and showcase user experiences effectively.
• Ability to articulate and justify design decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
