Product Designer

Netevia - is one of the leading providers of bankcard payment processing services and value-add solutions in the United States. We enable small and medium size merchants to accept cashless transactions for their merchandise and services by providing point-of-sale equipment, transaction processing, merchant business analytics, risk management, fraud detection, 24 hours / 7 days a week merchant assistance, support and chargeback management services.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to define, design, and deliver thoughtful, user-centered product experiences.
Translate complex product requirements and concepts into wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and final designs using tools like Figma.
Design end-to-end experiences across web and mobile platforms, with a strong emphasis on usability, accessibility, and responsive behavior.
Conduct user research and usability testing, gather feedback, and iterate designs accordingly.
Work within our existing design system and contribute to its growth by proposing and designing new, scalable components.
Present and advocate for your design decisions in cross-functional settings, clearly communicating the rationale based on user needs and business outcomes.
Stay current with design trends, tools, and emerging technologies, and integrate best practices into your workflow.

Requirements:

Опыт разработки на C# .NET от 5 лет.

4+ years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product work
Experience in the fintech industry is highly preferred, or at least familiarity with designing for complex, data-driven platforms
Solid experience working with design systems - both consuming components and contributing to the system
Hands-on experience in scaling or maintaining a design system, ideally across multiple teams or products
Comfortable working in cross-functional teams and collaborating closely with product managers and developers
Strong attention to detail and a user-centered mindset
