Top Selection web 3 is a leading recruitment agency with over 18 years of experience in recruitment. Over the last 5 years we have specialized in recruiting for the blockchain industry. We are currently launching an innovative product for onboarding web 2 to web 3 professionals.

We are looking for a talented Product Community Manager to launch and promote our product to the web 3 market.

Our target audience: 

• Web 2 developers looking for a quick transition into blockchain development. 
• Web 3 professionals who want to improve their Grades and competencies and get into their dream company. 
• Web 2 companies who want to quickly and efficiently train existing web 3 employees in web 3 development 
• Web 3 companies who want to evaluate and improve the competencies of existing employees and train them in new technologies. 

Our ideal candidate:

• 3 to 5 years of experience in product marketing and community management.
• Proven successful experience in launching new products for web 3 (experience in training is welcome).
• Experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies for new product launches.
• Effective presence in profile social media and utilizing it to promote the product and grow the company's business.
• Experience in organizing online and offline events.
• Excellent communication skills and willingness to work in a team

• Creativity and ability to generate new ideas 

Responsibilities:

• Developing and ensuring the implementation of the strategy of promoting new products on the market (B2B and B2C segments).
• Active expansion of client audience in B2B and B2C segments.
• Identify emerging trends and needs in web 3 development to co-develop new educational product initiatives.
• Managing social media accounts and content.
