I signed up for Pornhub premium free trial back on 16 February 2020. This included a Brazzers add-on via the Pornhub sign-up page. I cancelled the membership before the free week was over, and assumed that the Brazzers add-on would be cancelled too, given that it signed up the same way.

However I recently discovered that it did not. So unknown to me I was paying monthly to Brazzers for an account I had not use once for over 2 years. These charges added up to over 1000 Euro. I never got one email from Brazzers this whole time. The only mention was in a Probiller email when I signed up on 16 February, this was tucked away on a header in the email informing me of Pornhub payment. Incredibly easy to miss. Why was this not made clear that the cancellation is separate? Everything done was tacked on to Pornhub, they used the same bill service, the same sign-up page, the same email address, yet for some reason Brazzers kept charging me.

I recently noticed the charges from Probiller on my bank statement and figured out what had happened. I contacted their customer service and cancelled the Brazzers subscription and then asked for a refund. After I turned down the offer of 3 months free the agent informed me that their company policy was to refund 120 days only, due to "bank limits". I responded that the refund is between me your customer and Probiller, why is a bank limit relevant to that? I asked if he could link me to their refund policy because that policy was not on their publicly available terms. The agent refused and I did not accept this refund offer, but he put through the refund of 159.94euros anyway and disconnected the chat. This is a fraction of what I was charged from this unused subscription and I would like a proper refund for the amount I was wrongfully charged

Every month I have been receiving a tax or withdrawals of 52 dollars from ProBiller. and I don't know what it is from and I do not like it taking my money it's annoying me seeing that i am having money that I've earned taken away from me it is making me a little anxious knowing that some one has access to my bank account. It has been happening every month on the same day I am even sometimes loosing 1 dollar randomly and it scares me.

I would please like these monthly charges dropped and the money to be refunded please it would really make me happy thank you hope you understand.

one of your agents offered me a free membership when i went to purchase 200$ worth of nutaku gold with them and had to split my payment into 2 seperate transactions cause your billing system likes to ironically block my card so i got off the line with the current agent kyle that promised me ile be able to still grab the free membership when i get in touch again to finish the payment since there shift was about to end went to my bank to transfer to my other card to complete the transaction and the next agent monica just straight up denied me it saying i have to purchase 200 again

I tried to buy a subscription to brazzers on 3/18 for the amount of $26.87, but for some odd reason the transaction got declined. The next when I check my bank account, I noticed that even though the transaction to brazzers got decline it somehow made it to "pending" on my banking account. On 3/21 the pending went through, and I got charged "twice" for the amount of $53.74 even though I only made 1 purchase. I check my brazzers account afterward and it's still inactive, no subscription has been made. I believe this was a system error and I would appreciate a refund please.

Jumped on Probiller website to cancel brazzers subscription I never used. I was on chat & was transferred twice to other agents. The last agent transferred me to another department, I was waiting for an hour no one responded. I was charged the recurring subscription fee early, so I called the #855-232 9555 that was on my statement, to cancel & receive credit for the charge. Jaymar was the agent I was in contact with. He was extremely rude & disrespectful to me threatened to call my credit card company tell them what I was subscribed to. I was not embarrassed so I said let's do it, I wanted the credit. He continued his rude disrespectful behavior so I informed him I was hanging up. His last words were "you don't even know what's going on"

Save the time "asking" probiller to cancel subscriptions, as they never do, just cancel your bank card and request a new one.

Unprofessional and rude customer service "support". Make it a huge deal when you finally get a refund and make you feel guilty. Seen all the terrible reviews about this billing company and it's sites linked.

On 10/19, I signed up for a $2.99 weekly trial to a site. Then on 10/21 I was charged $9.99 apparently for the trial to be converted to a monthly fee. On the same day, I was charged $50 and then $200. Those charges stayed pending on my account for 9 days and finally posted on 10/27. This has caused me to incur 11 NSF charges as I was not about to put more money into my account for them to take. I had to cancel my debit card and my cell phone payment did not go through because it was tied to my debit card and I almost had my cell phone contract cancelled. I would like to have my $250 returned because I have no idea what the heck that is for. I would also like some sort of compensation for the NSF charges (11 x $36 = $396). I can live with the $2.99 becoming $9.99 but the rest is pure theft. I will also file a complaint with the BBB because apparently they do this often. Bad business practices!
Hello there i'm making a complaint on a random scam fee that gets deducted on my bank account monthly, for this reason I thought it was one of my insurance fee on my transaction list. But as I got more into detail about it I seem to think I have been paying this scam for quite some time. It's been happening throughout this whole entire year, and approximately 15$ a month I have been paying this entire year. I have no clue how I came across this situation and I would please ask if you can help me on how to stop my money from being taken. Please help me on getting all the money I have lost.

A quick Google search shows me I'm just one of many many people who do not have an idea of why or for what probiller is charging! Last month, I reached out to Probiller in an attempt to cancel membership on sites they represent. After several attempts, I send an e-mail that if they would not resolve the problem, I would reach out with a complaint to my bank. In the last attempt to reach them via chat, the representative indicated that the company did not take threats to contact our banks lightly. He cancelled all memberships and indicated I was blackballed.

This was good news!

However, this morning, Probiller has begun billing me again.

This time, I am going to my bank and while it takes time, I'm dedicated to outing this company's straddling the line between criminal fraud and "customer care oversight."
What happened:
1. I see £95.88 on my bank statement from an mbi-probiller. What is this? (I can tell you the year is 2020, I do not pay for pornography).
2. I do some research and see many others have had issues and this website is clearly a payment mediator for porn websites. Hmmmmm...
3. I check my email accounts. Somehow my googlemail account, connected...
First charge was on 25March, second was on 2 april, third on 2 may, forth and fifth charge on 7july It says RETAIL MBI*PROBILLER.com-USA855-232-9555.
I don't know what this could be, but i've read that some people got a hold of my bank account and keep buying stuff on my behalf and I don't want that, if you could please stop it, I would be forever grateful.
I haven't been too far back as I'm afraid too see how much money I've been paying for something that I haven't authorised so I'm hoping to get to the bottom of the monthly payments £34.97 from my account
