As an educator and administrator, I hear a frequent complaint from PD trainers. Many are experiencing"hollowing out," meaning that they get high praise but little compensation or job opportunities. The next issue to consider is how the training will be delivered. It should be flexible and allow for the employee to remain engaged and involved during the training procedure.No one can be trained well if they're not engaged with the action. From time to time, a business will encounter a situation that needs the involvement of external training, such as re-skilling the employees on issues like Ethics, Ethical Behavior and Crisis Response. While a company may not anticipate this occurring, if disaster strikes, a company must be prepared for these situations, and must have the ability to supply proper professional development training to all those involved.
