Das Hotel liegt Zentral, zudem gibt es gute Essmöglichkeiten in der Nähe! Es ist natürlich nicht zu vergleichen mit einem 5 Hotel, jedoch sind die Preise natürlich auch anders gestaltet. Zudem ist das Personal sehr hilfbereit und kennt den ein oder andern Tipp wo man den Abend noch gemütlich ausklingen lassen kann. Ich kann das Hotel nur wärmstens empfehlen und kommen gerne mal wieder! Danke!

Hotel sucio desde la recepción hasta la habitación. Pésimo servicio de recepción. Pagué con 2 meses de antelación y 3 días antes querían volver a cobrarme. El segundo día no hicieron la habitación y no pudieron hacerla por que parecía que el personal del hotel estaba en huelga, aunque en recepción no quisieron darme ninguna explicación. El servicio wifi tampoco funcionaba y la solución del recepcionista fue que al lado del hotel por 1,50 euros /hora podía tenerlo, le pedí que me lo pagará y se negó. Pedí hojas de reclamación y se negó a facilitarlas. Evitar caer en ese hotel aunque esté muy bien ubicado enfrente de la estación central de Frankfurt.

Firstly the hotel took the money twice from my credit card and refused to refund it until my arrival. The lobby area was really dirty, as was the room (hairs in the basin and shower, stains on the carpet). Unfortunately there was no-where else to stay as there was a big fair on so we had to remain. At breakfast tea bags were on offer, but no hot water. When we asked reception (no waiting staff) they were surprised we wanted hot water in addition to the tea bags. Didn't bother with breakfast after that......And the price was doubled apparently because we booked in advance, €179 per single room. €50 would have been expensive. While we were there the owners vanished overnight and new ones moved in - hopefully things will improve
