Looks like the problem is with the outlook for iOS app and it's not related to Intune. Because I tried to configure "Outlook for iOS" using my Hotmail account but still it gives the same error.

Please have a look at the below post. I am not able to share images from the outlook for iOS to other applications like WhatsApp and so on.
we have an app protection policy which has no restriction to sharing data with any apps, with this policy other apps like one drive, teams works without any problem. For example, I tried to share a notepad file (.txt) via WhatsApp and the recipient received
it as it is but if I send an image the recipient gets this message "private/var/mobile/Containers/Data/Application" instead of the image.

Please note: I tested this behavior without app protection policy by removing the outlook app alone from the policy still it gives the same error. Initially, I thought it is due to the app protection policy but now it looks like
Outlook for iOS issue. So with or without policy, it behaves the same. sharing attached images to third party apps not working.
