What size groups can you accommodate?
We can accommodate groups of literally ANY size! Everything from a group of 10 to an entire company retreat of 300+ people. We have transportation, activity and food options that scale with any size group.

How much does it cost?
This depends on what we’re planning for you and which activities but you will benefit from our wholesale pricing and ultimately plan your private outing for far less than if you were the plan on your own.

What’s included
In addition to the activities themselves all of our private trips include transportation, professional driver, lunch & our world-class SA staff on-site to facilitate.

Do you do custom trips?
Yes! We do custom private trips. You tell us what you want and we make it happen. Or if you want to work with our team to help realize your vision for how it could look we can do that as well. Keep in mind, we only do completely custom packages for groups of 100 or more. Groups of less than 100 can choose from a list of activities we already offer.

Who are the SA Group Leaders?
Our in house team of Sourced Adventures Group Leaders are the best in the business! We go to great lengths to make sure your private outing is perfect and a big part of that is our team of leaders on the ground making sure everything is smooth.

How do I book?

Yes! You don’t have to be a company or organization to book a private trip with us. We work with groups of friends, bachelor/bachelorette parties, birthday parties and anyone in need of private transportation + activities.

Get your team out of the office and into the outdoors. Join us for Corporate Ski Trips, Field Games, Private Retreats – or any other private adventure you could imagine. Sourced Adventures is the country’s most trusted adventure operator and we have taken dozens of companies out on weekday or weekend trips. We provide all-inclusive experiences that can include round-trip transportation, guides, lift/activity tickets, food and alcohol. Custom group pricing is available along with pickup/drop-off locations in NYC. We’ll work with you to take care of all the little details while making it cost effective to take your office or private party out for a day of adventure. Each private tour requires a minimum of 8 guests . Private tours can accommodate up to 12 guests. Private t rips depart Monday and end on Friday.

Our business began in 2001, but by 2007, we determined our niche was exclusively offering Private Shore Trips. Our primary clientele are cruise ship passengers who are looking for the luxury of taking a private shore excursion. Once you have taken a private tour, you never want to go back to the mass market tours. We also work with guests who are staying in local hotels by providing them with private day trips. Post Covid, the travel industry is roaring back and cruises in Europe are in full swing. The Mediterranean season is very strong so far in 2022 and we expect 2023 to be a record year for Americans to explore Europe on a cruise.
