In light of COVID 19, we are taking extreme measures to meticulously sanitize the spa, which meet and exceed the guidelines put forth by Coastal Health and Work Safe BC. Since this spa experience is completely private with no hands-on treatment involved, we can confidently offer a safe and therapeutic experience for all of our guests.

We are currently fully booked and we are not taking any more appointments until we open our next month of bookings, which will take place at 9 am on the 1st of every month (please see waitlist policy for more details).
The price for a weekday session is $219 + GST and an evening or weekend session is $249 + GST (up to two people can enjoy a session).
Based on the current demand our waitlist is quite long, but please do enter your contact info below for a chance to receive a phone call to fill a canceled session. We will also use the waitlist to contact you with updates about our exciting future expansion.

Right now we are only taking bookings one month in advance. The booking calendar on the website will open up on the 1st of the month for the following month’s sessions (i.e. 30 to 60 days out). The bookings typically sell out very quickly, so your best opportunity to confirm your session at Circle Wellness is at 9am on the 1st of the month.
If there are cancellations, we will fill the session with our waitlist. We try to give you as much notice as possible but sometimes cancellations happen at the last minute. The waitlist is contacted on a first come first serve basis. If you are offered a spot and are available to attend we will set up your booking and payment on the phone to secure your session.
Based on the demand to book Circuit sessions and length of our waitlist we are currently working on expanding our operations within Vancouver.
Because of the private nature of the Circuit experience, Circle Wellness does not require the Vaccine Passport. We are diligently following the Provincial Health Guidelines and our hosts have all been vaccinated. We are a private thermal spa circuit set in an industrial area. It’s an oasis in the middle of the city. Because we are outside there will be some aspects that we cannot control, such as noise from the neighbourhood. But we find that all fades away once you step into the Circuit.
The circuit itself is all contained within one space, so once you are in you can lock the gate behind you and relax. Guests can enjoy an open-air shower, cedar soaking tub, multi-sensory infrared sauna featuring Himalayan salt walls, cold water plunge, and heated riverstones. You have 2 full hours to move through the Circuit.
There are no practitioners. This is a completely self guided experience. You do not have to share this space with others. We find this allows you to deeply relax in a way that doesn’t happen very often in modern life. We keep things as natural as possible. Because we are private we can drain, clean and fill the tubs for each session which means we don’t have to use chlorine. Your water is also dechlorinated. We use salt, wood, charcoal, and essential oils to give you the chance to reconnect to natural elements.
The WelPod is a multi-sensory infrared sauna featuring Himalayan salt walls. It includes carefully curated aromatics, music, lighting and air flow, and has radiant heat set to 50 degrees celsius. Most other saunas are usually around 90c, so this allows for a much more gentle and gradual experience. This room is also an open concept, without any benches, which encourages a freer range of movement.
Unfortunately, this is a very tricky one to answer. Our waitlist at this point is quite extensive and due to the unpredictable nature of cancellations, it’s very difficult for us to gauge a timeline. Recently, we have had about one session a week being filled from the waitlist. We greatly appreciate your patience as we work on developing a large location in Vancouver so we can accommodate you all!
The Circle Wellness cleaning protocols meet and exceed current Vancouver Coastal Health and Work Safe BC guidelines. Our tubs are single use, which means they are drained, cleaned and filled with fresh water for every session.
Before and after every private session the entire outdoor space is thoroughly cleaned with pressurized hot water, and all touchable surfaces, tubs, and wellness pod are cleaned with a non-toxic disinfectant, PREempt – accelerated peroxide, which is capable of killing bacteria and viruses.
Salt and cedar are also naturally antibacterial, antiviral, and anti-fungal materials.
For both drain and fill tubs we use pressurized hot hose water (140F), PREempt accelerated peroxide, manual scrubbing, and thorough rinsing. During soaking sessions, we allow the water to bridge up and over the edges of the tub, like a traditional Japanese ofuro tub – this keeps the water very clean while in use and all debris falls over the edge into our drainage system.
For the WelPod floor we use PREempt accelerated peroxide with microfibre cloths. The salt walls get wiped down with a damp microfibre cloth with multiple rinses throughout the process, removing any dust or debris effectively. Bacteria and viruses cannot live on salt as it is a cytotoxic material.
50C + temps of the pod will also not allow bacteria or viruses to live.
There is ample time between every session to be very meticulous with our cleaning methods, and we change the air over many times in the pod using our ventilation system between sessions.

A guest may contact Circle Wellness via phone or email to cancel a booking and receive a refund up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
Due to extremely high demand and limited availability, we have decided to discontinue gift certificates at this time. Our intention is to give priority to people with existing gift certificates to book sessions.
If you would like to gift someone a session we ask that you pre-book a time and it can be changed at a later date if necessary.

The massages are great, you feel good when you leave. If you have any medical issues or anything just download Google translate and type in what’s going on and put it into Chinese and they are really good at reading it and understanding before your massage starts. I have some medical issues that I have to notify them off before hand not to go too hard on and so did my dad so it works out each time. Try it out!!! read less

It’s definitely worth it to become a member as prices are reduced and some other places are more expensive for the amount of time you get.

My therapist Jerry was recommended by my close friend and he’s been great. The pressure is firm but not too strong, but you can always let any therapist know to adjust the pressure to your comfort.

I’ve been going to star foot spa since 2017 and before customer service wasn’t that great but they’ve improved since then. The massages rarely ever disappointed me as all the therapist I’ve had deserved their tip. This place is my go to for sure. read less
