In order to inspire and bring quality, choice and specificity to our clients through a great variety of contents, we use talents as varied as journalists, voice over comedians, writers, editors, musicians and more…

We offer private sound healing sessions with our custom crystal grids, alchemy crystal singing bowls and Paiste gongs. We also provide camping cushions, pillows, blankets, eye pillows, bolsters and anything else you need for supreme comfort. This allows the body to relax to fully receive the sound in your physical and etheric fields. You will be able to relax, restore and rebalance with a private sound healing at Sedona Crystal Temple.
Sound is an ancient form of medicine that has been used for thousands of years in many cultures around the world. It is one of the best ways to access powerful healing energies from within yourself and from the earth around you. Sound healing can help improve your health by helping to release blocked emotions and tension that may have been stored in your body or mind over time. A private sound healing session allows you to relax completely while listening to sacred sounds that are specifically designed for you based on your needs at this moment in time. We offer private sound baths in our dedicated meditation space. All aspects of the architecture of this space were intended to provide you with a deeply relaxing and renewing experience.
A sound bath is a meditative experience where those in attendance are “bathed” in sound waves.
These waves are produced by various sources, including healing instruments such as gongs, singing bowls, percussion, chimes, rattles, tuning forks, and even the human voice itself. The music doesn’t have a catchy melody or rhythm like you’d experience at a rock concert or symphony, but instead is a carefully selected wash of instrument and voice with notable resonance and overtones. The intention is to change and help balance the energy of the participants. During a sound bath, you don’t want to hook into a melody. You don’t want to repeat things because you don’t want the brain to recognize a repeated beat. Instead, you want participants to release, and you want the brain to let go.
The general intention of a sound bath is to create a state of harmony in the listener by using sound to clear discordance from the participants' energy fields. Among the benefits are relaxation, an increased sense of wellbeing, expanded awareness, and access to inner visionary experience. In addition to helping the body relax, some healing sound practitioners argue that sound baths can potentially foster physical healing. While it may sound “too good to be true,” corroborating data exists. Numerous studies have pointed to the therapeutic effects of music and sound therapy. Sound therapy is deeply rooted in science and based on the principles of quantum physics and sacred geometry. There are hundreds of clinical trials and peer-reviewed white paper studies on the healing properties of sound. In fact, Western medicine uses sound waves on a daily basis in the form of ultrasound technology, which can be used to break up kidney stones among other things.

Each Private Sound Bath session is 60 minutes long. Full payment is required to confirm session. If canceled prior to 48 hours before start 50% refund, within 48 hours no refunds are available.
- Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your session begins. - Electronic devices are not allowed in the studio. We have lockers. - Please no talking during the session.
