A private sale, as its name suggests, is the sale of coins or tokens to specific early investors. These types of sales are usually unannounced and not revealed to the general public. Blockchain companies that hold private sales choose which investors they want to invite to the event. The goal is to attract prominent early investors to fund the project in return for cryptocurrency that may yield high returns.
Private sales offer numerous benefits to both investors and companies, such as:
While private sales have their advantages, they have been criticized for excluding average investors. Also, having high portions of the cryptocurrency in the hands of a few investors leaves the coin or token open to price manipulation, like pump and dumps.
CryptoDefinitions is one of the most comprehensive blockchain and cryptocurrency dictionaries on the web. We do our best to explain crypto-related words and phrases in a way that can be easily understood by casual readers. More than just a glossary, each definition goes into detail while avoiding the use of overly technical and confusing jargon.

For those, such as myself, who have no idea of what the life of high class call girls along with their clients, managers, and drivers lives are "really like"; I find the first 6 episodes offered in Season 1 both entertaining & educational. The metamorphosis of the protagonist; Jacob; from sweet innocent Yale college boy; into a fairly ruthless businessman has been very intriguing to watch; leaving me wondering "How Far will he go" in Season 2. All of the Call Girl women's characters are very believable; to the point where one wouldn't expect "Great Acting" from any of them; for, after all, they are portraying regular attractive women just making a living while they have their looks. I shall look forward to Season 2. Only 4 stars given; not 5 for some "Murkiness" on the story lines and relationships of some of the characters; and 6 episodes was not enough!

This new series was a genuine surprise. So many TV/Cable series are formulaic and therefore predictable. Consequently, I usually stop watching after the first or second episode. Thankfully, that's not the situation here. The production value is high despite what sometimes appears to be a limited budget. The acting is good but its the writing that truly stands out. The plot lines are intriguing and not generally predictable. In addition, the young "working" women we see are not all 5' 10" eye candy, instead they are believable. (Someone must have read "Working" by Delores French - available from Amazon.) Shot in and around Redondo Beach, California - the series makes good use of its "South Bay" locations. My only disappointment was that the first season is just six episodes. 'Looking forward to Season 2 - we want more!

This takes bad to a new level. I mean...I'm grasping for adjectives that would adequately describe how bad this is. Horrible writing. Horrible acting. Unexplained characters. Unexplained plot lines. Did I mention horrible acting by the buttload? Cheap sets. For example, there's a meeting of the higher ups in some non-descript room. Just a table, couple of folding chairs, painter's bucket, unpainted drywall. It's like they met at some guy's bedroom renovation. Then, later, when they're trying to hire Russian prostitutes, it's the exact same room but NOW they put a sheet on the table and voila'! Impressive corporate office! In another scene, cop comes to interview the Madame. She's supposedly being charged with murder and he has some questions. He then asks no questions and tells her there's an out of state warrant for her for pandering. Then he leaves. And get this! It's a movie with strong sexual themes. Right? Nothing but PG sex. It's like watching network TV except with more cussing. If I had to guess, I would figure it was two guys who had $2800 in their pocket and thought, "Hey, let's make an six-part miniseries about prostitutes and pawn it off on Amazon!" Oh, and there's a "cliffhanger" at the end. The hero, and trust me, I use that term lightly, gets saved from the killer by some chick with a sniper rifle. Then she whacks him in the head with the butt of the gun and then he's gone. She should have shot the hero so this pathetically bad story would finally be put out of its misery. Plan 9 From Outer Space was a classic compared to this. Trust me.

This is like many truly innovative movies or television series most of the audience simply doesn't get it. Sometimes movies and television series like this get recognized at a later date and turn into art films. A truly quirky and entertaining series - I would love to see a season two. Part of the enjoyment is the so-called "amateur" approach as if someone was filming the actual events themselves, almost like a reality show. It also illustrates how strange life can be: one's life can take twists and turns and one can end up in the most bizarre circumstances. Also an opportunity to enter a side of life from the inside that most people never get to see and cannot relate to.

The story is captivating and dialogue is acceptable. The DP was acceptable, oddly better at night. He could have learned how to use an ND filter and barn doors on occasion. The acting was kind of like a roller coaster, sometimes pretty bad, but improving as the show went on. Which probably reflects upon the Directing more than the actors. BUT THE SOUND, OMG!!!!! Lavs rustling against shirts UGH, and the echo of a shotgun boom being used inside when a Parabolic should be used. On the second episode and hoping production quality improves.

Interesting exploration of the absurdities of the "indie" lifestyle devoid of the mutually protective environment of places of worship of hetero religion. No doubt the pimps and "escorts" were as instrumental in the felony abrogations of Article I of the US constitution Amendments imposing object rape con dumbs on the former places of worship of hetero religion as were the national homosexual gangs who used felony religionist puppet play actor Ronny Raygun to shut down hetero places of worship in Nevada to "make AIDS everybody's problem" circa 1986-87.

The storyline made this series. It had a very "Weeds" kind of progression, and kept me hitting "next episode". The post production left a lot to be desired. Had the source audio been cleaned up, if lines had been ADR'd (ever), if music was ever more than an afterthought, the single camera shots per sceen and weak line delivery could have felt more diliberate, gritty, and real. Pay for good audio people. They will launch your production quality to a much higher level.
