На вилле тихо и спокойно, рядом 7-Eleven, банкоматы, кафе. Очень много спорт залов. Район подходит больше для спортивных людей. Тренажерные залы, кросфит, бокс. Контингент отдыхающих соответсвующий. Для тусовок район не подходит, хотя пара баров все таки есть.
Такси вечером до патонга 500 бат.
Без байка будет очень дорого выбираться к морю.
Сама вилла соответсвует описанию и фото. Убираются только по требованию и не совсем хорошо.
За ключи при въезде просят депозит 600бат.
In the heart of Chalong (fitness street). Excellent location for anyone training Muay Thai and with your own private pool. The downfall is the size of the room is quite small and the bed is hard as a rock. One of the hardest beds I've ever slept in. Overall still great value for money. The only issue was the bed and size which I already expected.
Good option for those couple who need privacy, but it's hard for muslim travellers to find Halal food around villa. Motorbike rent at villa is more expensive compare to area Patong beach.

The location is good, very quiet at night, won't disrupt your good sleep. Got Muay Thai gym along the streets, and you can find all the healthy diet food you can get at there. If you have spare time, can spend a day at the gym for a beginner class for fit up. Along the street also got a lot of motorcycle rental shop. can look up for a good one to rent. (don't chose the term that you have to turn in your passport)
The hotel room is good. Got all the facilities you can use to cook. There also got convenient shop that you can make purchase of food and cook in the room. The pool is excellent. you can swim all the time you want. Clean it is.

The booking was in my name, and I had already exchanged emails with them keeping my partner in copy. My partner arrived in the hotel earlier than me and showed the copy of the booking but was not allowed and was made to wait outside. As he was tired after waiting for 2 hours, he booked another hotel and hence we didn't stay in this hotel when I arrived.
1) no mirror at the living room, only in toilet but not full length mirror
2) only 1 pillow for 1 pax
3) mattress is hard
4) very quiet at night not meant for those who would like to gather for big group
5) for those looking for halal food, it is far away at the main road. accessible by bike which you can rent anywhere along the hotel.
We stayed here for 2 nights and loved the accommodation. Staff was friendly and very helpful, pool was clean, room was clean. The property is what it is as described. I will defiantly stay here again.
While this is not on the beach, it is conveniently located walking distance from some of the major martial arts gyms in Phuket. The private pool, restaurant and proximity to other facilities made it a great bargain!

Centrally located between the major martial arts training center, everything is walking distance. The rooms are simple but well appointed, but the best part is the private pool, great for quick dips after training!
In a small town with lots of Muay Thai schools, embedds this Villa with private pool. Giving you the peace and tranquillity, away from the buzz and hustle. Clean pool that allows you to soak in at anytime. Kitchenette within the room for you to cook up simple meals. Cafe just outside the villa and rows of shops serving various types of foods though mostly healthy food. Scooter rentals available at the door step for just 200-250Baht per day. Very convenient to get around the area with mostly light traffic. Good for those who are looking for a trip away from the City.
Very nice villa with a pool outside. Wish they cleaned the cupboard more thoroughly as something there inside started to smell but that was minor compare with the overall enjoyment. For those who are considering this place, it's better if you can drive or ride motorcycles as it started to cost quite a bit just to take taxi to go places.
The area is full of super jocks and Mauy Thai boxers.

Located in Chelong where all the beautiful people are. Not the best location so if you are looking for Beach(Patong) which is over crowded with tourist, please skip. Otherwise its a value for money villa. Rent a bike and you can go anywhere.
Spent a very happy two weeks here over Christmas and New Year. The perfect place to either take advantage of the great bars and restaurants very close by or enjoy the privacy and seclusion of the villa and pool. Would definitely recommend.
