Our private offices are spacious, customizable, and more than just a box of glass walls. Offices are great for individuals or teams of 2-10 people who want privacy and customization, with all the benefits of a coworking space. Though we don’t decorate them for you, you do have the ability to customize as you please (see our FAQs below for more information). Our private offices come with sit/stand desks, office chairs, filing cabinets, trash bins, drywall, lock-and-key entry, beautiful store fronts, and plenty of legroom.
We’re working day-to-day with our private office members to make sure that their dedicated office spaces are safe and flexible. Finding peace of mind in your workspace has never been more important, so we’ve created unique, distance-friendly layouts to help. Common Desk is more than a network of coworking spaces. We’re an Experience Provider, and we use amenities like a custom-built app, craft coffee, and private cocktail lounges to help our member community truly enjoy the work they do day-in and day-out.

Here’s the DL on the specifics of our private office membership.
Our traditional membership model is month to month. However, for private offices, we do offer options around 6-month or 12-month commitments to ensure you get to keep your new dedicated space as long as you need it.
Parking and its price varies location to location, but we do all that we can to keep it as affordable (but mostly as free) as possible. Most of our locations offer free parking, whether at meters or in covered garages. Our more urban spaces, like Downtown spaces, require either a parking add-on or paid parking according to preference.
Any friend of yours is a friend of ours! Your guests are free to join you for meetings in our conference rooms. If a friend or colleague wants to come work for a full day, all they’ll need is a day pass !
We take pride in the fact that our members can make their private offices their own. Feel free to move around desks, remove desks if you want to (this wouldn’t change the cost of the office), bring in soft seating, throw in accents like rugs or lamps, or hang photos on the wall! We do not, however, allow private office walls to be painted. Happy customizing!
Yes! Our private office members get total access to our shared areas of our coworking spaces. If you need to escape the office for a little or switch up scenery, head over to the shared area of your choice!
