Each room at HighRoad is unique from the next. Historic features of the building are sprinkled throughout the rooms and the building. Each private room has a full bathroom inside the room. Bathroom showers in the private rooms have rainfall showerheads for a spa-like experience. Each private room includes free Wi-Fi, TV with DirectTV premium channels, numerous coat hooks, luggage storage racks, a portable work desk, a hotel-style digital safe for valuables, independently controlled heating and cooling, USB charging ports, personal amenities, and a hairdryer. Ironing boards and irons are available to add to your room when you need them.
Please note that there is no elevator at HighRoad nor lift to ascend the front steps in our historic building -- therefore the use of stairs is required to reach every room and to enter the historic building.

A room with two twin size mattresses arranged in a bunk-bed format, plus a fold-out floor mattress to squeeze a third friend into the room if needed. The room is best suited for two adults, but it’s possible to sleep three people.
The room has an in-room full bathroom with a rainfall shower. The bunk bed frame is custom made and includes convenience outlets with plugs and USB chargers as well as reading lights.

A room with one queen bed lofted high above the floor, plus a floor sofa below that can be folded-out to become an extra full-size bed. This is a unique style room you wont see in a typical hotel, but the opportunity to create a special room like this was too much fun to pass up. At maximum, the room could sleep a total of two adults on the upper queen and two adults on the full size fold-out mattress below.
Please note: (1) to reach the lofted queen the use of a ladder is required. (2) the area under the lofted queen typically has a limited head clearance height of 5 feet only , which is perfect for sleeping or watching TV, but likely too low for most people to stand at full height when directly under the bed.

This two-level room is located on our top floor, has two levels to it, and generous oversized windows that overlook the front streetscape. The room can hold 1 to 5 people, and is arranged with a queen bed plus twin bed on the upper level and two twin beds on the lower level. The TV and full bathroom are located on the lower level of the room.
Please note: (1) The upper level is accessible by using a ladder, and (2) the upper level uses space reclaimed from the historic attic and therefore has a head height of only approximately 5-1/2 to 6 feet which will be a little too low for most people to fully stand up when in the upper level.
The two twin beds on the lower level can be adjusted to either be stacked to create a couch for watching TV, or unstacked and used as two separate twin beds side by side. [ Back to Top ]
Rooms located on the lobby level are near the action of the lobby and may detect noise from the lobby that other rooms wouldn’t. Therefore we label these rooms specially and let you either book them at a discount or avoid them if you are a light sleeper. On the plus side, once you are in the lobby you don’t need to go up or down any other stairs to reach these rooms.
All of the lobby-level rooms will be labeled as “Lobby Level” in the room name in order to make it clear it is on the lobby level.
Our historic building has a garden-level which is located one level down from the lobby. Rooms in this level will be labeled “Lower-Level” in the name of the room.
These rooms are generally larger than other rooms and will have a tile floor decorated with accent rugs. The ceiling height will be 8 feet or less in the lower level, as compared to typical 9 feet in the lobby and upper levels. The Lower-Level rooms will also have two exits from the room: (1) the typical door to the interior corridor, and (2) a second exit from the room which leads directly to the outdoors.
All Lower-Level rooms have adjustable Speakman style massage showerheads. All the lower level rooms contain the same beloved amenities typical to all our rooms at HighRoad: custom-made timber furniture with 18” of clearance below for under-bed luggage storage, dimmable ambience lighting, velvet curtains, a padded vegan leather backrest, portable luggage racks, ample hooks and hangers, seating options, TV with premium channels, free Wi-Fi, and a hotel-style digital safe.
Our cozy loft-style private room comes with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Perfect room for a solo traveler or couples. This room comes with a full sized loft-style bed. Use of a ladder is required to reach the bed. Beneath the bed is a desk, chair, and space for you to store your belongings. Ample outlets and lighting make getting work done & reading easy. Please note: the head clearance height below the lofted bed is approximately 5 feet clear. The room also has it’s own private bathroom separated by a curtain. Bathroom is exclusively private to you.
Unique private room and bathroom. This room has a bunkbed with a full sized bed on the bottom and a twin sized bed on top. Perfect for one or two people with a maximum of 3 adults. The room also comes with a desk and chair. The private bathroom has a glass shower enclosure.

Lovely family run hotel. Basic but has everything you need for a comfortable break. Very helpful staff, room cleaned daily by fabulous domestics. Location is close to beach and plenty of choices of places to eat however, this is the noisiest place we have ever stayed. Literally opposite an awful Irish bar who shout and play loud music till 2am and its certainly not ambient music, it’s likely to drive you insane. If you could pick it up and move it to a better location it would be ideal but sadly this is what lets it down. Dreaded going to bed every night. The three star review isn’t a reflection of the hardworking staff and the hotel itself, It’s just hugely let down by what’s around.

This is an excellent hotel well run spotlessly clean and everything as it should be , the staff are always very helpful and the buffet style Turkish breakfast which comes with as much free fruit juice , coffee and tea as you want is excellent there is also cereal available should you choose to not want the Turkish breakfast, The sheets and towels in the room are changed every 2 to 3 days. There is a large swimming pool with a small children’s play area which is attached to the blues brothers bar who will serve drinks of all kinds all day and evening, there are ample sunbeds and sunshades around the pool, overall this is an excellent well run hotel, but the location of the hotel slightly let it down for me , it is in a very busy part of the centre of Icmeler and located opposite “the Irish bar “ who insist on playing very loud music until the early hours of the morning along with some guy shouting something inaudible over a cheap sound system, however if you don’t intend going to bed much before 2 am then this will not bother you and I can recommend this hotel if you are an early night type of person this hotel is best avoided, personally as much as I like the hotel I would not return purely on the strength of the noisy area it is in. …

Hotel needs updating electric points are very dangerous as points are all lose wires showing and sparking when u plug something in Breakfast is disgusting. Don't bother booking this hotel. There are nicer hotels around this area.

Myself and sister stayed here for the first time in June and I must say I was extremely impressed with the hotel ...the staff were excellent and very helpful ...the breakfasts in the morning was so tasty and everthing was so clean and tidy ... the cleaning lady was lovely ...we had clean towels daily I was very impressed with this. I would definitely stay here again and I would highly recommend here if you are looking for a clean and friendly hotel . Also you are close to the beach and all the restaurants, and if you have mobility problems the hotel has a lift which I found really helpful.

stayed here for two weeks and felt really at home, hassan is lovely, the breakfast is great, and the pool is just right. great central place to stay with the irish and blues so close. would also recommend karma to eat at (and with 10% discount)

Stayed at Private for 16nights and can't fault the place. Arrived at 11pm to be greeted by smiles and a lovely clean room. It's not a posh 5* hotel but everywhere is clean and smells divine. Towels changed daily, rooms cleaned daily what more can u ask for. The foyer/reception area, toilets and breakfast area spotlessly clean. We enjoyed the breakfast inc as not big breky eaters but if u want a full english there are plenty of restaurants a mins walk away. The pool area is great no rushing out at 6am to gt a sunbed and the pool isn't too deep which is ideal for non swimmers like myself. Location is great right in the heart of everything 10min slow walk to the beach and bars and restaurants on your doorstep. As for the staff I couldn't praise them enough absolutely lovely. Nothing is too much trouble for them, we had a light not working we reported and it was fixed straight away. My daughter came to join us for our last week and the boss/owner made sure he got her a room on same floor as me and my sister. I have stayed at numerous apts/hotels in Içmeler as been coming for 12yrs now and i can honestly say this is one of the best. I highly recommend Private Hotel you will not be disappointed. Looking forward to coming back in couple months. …

Family run hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. just off main canal which is lined with restaurants and bars. 100 yards from beach and dolphin square. close to everything. good size pool with plenty of sunbeds. basic but good. dolmus to Marmaris just along the road. Blues Brothers bar at end of pool and Irish bar across the road.

Having visited recently I would certainly recommend this hotel very clean, maids come in daily. Very central to everything. Lovely pool area which gets sun all day and good poolside bar. Staff in this hotel are very friendly and will certainly make sure you are well looked after.

Stayed here a few times great location best pool in icemeler sun all day staff friendly can't wait to go back. Close to all amenities and a 3 minute walk to the beach. Ideal for couples families and solo travellers

Just back from a week here . The whole stay was great , couldn't fault a thing. The maids came in every day , to make the beds. towels and bedding changed every 2 days . All the staff were very helpful and friendly . There's a large pool which gets the sun all day until early evening. Breakfasts plenty to choose from. Loads of sun loungers around the pool area . Will definitely be coming back
