Role Overview
Contribute to high-impact private equity research workflows, shaping investment-grade outputs across deal evaluation and market analysis.
$130 per hour | 10+ hours per week | Remote (Contract)
Key Responsibilities
* Build and refine financial models to support investment decision-making
* Produce structured investment memos and analytical summaries
* Conduct market sizing and total addressable market assessments
* Evaluate deal materials including CIMs and due diligence documentation
* Support deal sourcing through targeted research and screening
Core Requirements
* Strong grounding in private equity deal workflows and investment evaluation
* Demonstrated capability in financial modeling and analytical structuring
* Experience interpreting transaction documents and diligence materials
* Ability to translate complex analysis into clear written insights
* Consistent delivery across independent, project-based engagements
