İt opens at 8.30 am
Per person it is 60/70 turkish lira
Make sure you taste their lemonade with lemon or strawberry

I ordered traditional Turkish Breakfast as well as Turkish coffee at this place on July 18, 2022. I was halfway done with breakfast but hadn’t yet taken a sip of my coffee. One of the waiters had been asked to move a chair from outside... into the café. While passing my table he accidentally hit the table, and as a result he spilled the coffee on me and my dress. He apologized when seeing coffee stains all over my dress. Fortunately, it didn’t burn me. I didn’t react negatively at the moment as I believe sh*t happens. HOWEVER, I was really disappointed afterwards when the supervisor/owner didn’t show up to offer an apology but came to my table at the end with the bill. I even literally asked that you seriously want me to pay while showing the stains on my dress and she responded YES. If you’re interested in knowing what I did; I paid the whole amount. Why? Because if a restaurant-owner is such incompetent that doesn’t value their customers and behave like what I explained, imagine how they act against their own Poor waiters and waitresses. I didn’t want that waiter to get fired or the owner take the money out of his salary, especially regarding the current economy in turkey.
By the way, the quality of the meal I ate at this place was truly mediocre. Nothing special. More
We had traditional Turkish breakfast for 3 people with coffees, two juices and not only everything was delicious but the price was very affordable (674 Turkey Liras) which translate into around 37 USD. I was surprised how affordable was the price given it is a... few blocks away from the very touristic Galata tower area.

In general good place, but not exceptions. This place seems to be overrated and surely overpriced compare to other places. Breakfast for 4 was peaty much the same as breakfast for 2 we had a day before in Karaköy, which in a short walk away.... This area in general seems to be more touristy and tend to be overpriced with less local flavor. Also 10% tip included automatically, surely not a local tradition. If you do not mind walking for 10 min or so I'd suggest going to Karaköy area for breakfast. More
We had an amazing leisurely breakfast here. We ordered the traditional breakfast for two and it was a ton of food. I would recommend ordering for one and sharing if you aren't very very hungry. The service was good, the food was excellent, would definitely... recommend. More
We were there with family and the customer service wasn't welcoming. Foods were rough and cold. Also, charged us additional 18% by force TIP.

The tase of the food and quality is below average but highly expensive.

The café is amazing, run by youthful and helpful personnel! We had breakfast each day while staying in Istanbul! It is close to the beat of the city, but still secluded. If you want to relax from the sound of cars, this can be it!
Privato Cafe is a popular spot for Turkish breakfast, especially the sidewalk table on a sunny day. However, we had supper there on May 10, 2022. There were few customers, but the atmosphere, service, and food were all excellent. Quiet, with eclectic music, not too... loud.

We had a most enjoyable meal, including a long conversation with a waiter from Georgia (country, not state). The back of the restaurant has a glass wall overlooking Galata tower.

Based on this experience, we plan to return for kahvaltı, and perhaps another evening meal. Modest prices for the area. More
I came from Brasil looking forward to have breakfast at this place! There are tables outside and that was my wish! Unfortunately they were ocupied and I asked the waiter If we could leave our names and come Back later. She was really rough and... we decided to go to other place! Got so disapointed because it is souch a beautiful place and I had been Walting for months to come Here! More
Fantastic place, the food and coffee is amazing. The fried eggs and Turkish sausage is one of the best things I’ve ever eaten in my entire life. Heaven.
We came here for breakfast, we had a beautiful table with a view over the Galata tower. We had the traditional farmers breakfast, there was a variety of things that we got and we really enjoyed the breakfast and the view. The staff is very... welcoming and sweet. I forgot what his name was but a special shoutout to the guy who served us and welcomed us at the door. Would recommend coming here!! More

We were visiting Istanbul and wanted to try a great breakfast so searched on Google and came across this place which sounded amazing. We drove 20 mins with our 2 young kids really excited to experience the food and excellent customer service everyone raved on... about.

Upon arriving, we pulled up outside the small cafe and started unloading the wife and kids for them to sit down while i went and parked the car - one of the ladies who worked there wearing a green cardigan rudely asked my wife to move out the way while she moved between the 2 shops not realizing we were potential customers. My wife and kids went and sat down and waited 14 mins for someone to come and serve them even after my 6 year old son went and asked twice to order and was told we will come. In the end we got up and left to go next door.

Prime example of not understanding or trying to enhance a customers experience. Such a pity, we were really forward to it. More
We came twice and would come every day. The food is amazing, the place is very cozy and the staff are really nice. I have no doubt of recommending it at any time. The neighborhood is really nice. Totally recommended to stay near this amazing... place! More
I was searching for a nice turkish breakfas and Privato didnt dissapoint. They have a nice cozy backyard, with comfortable sofas in the sun, and they served us with a great variety of breakfast options. For a full breakfast, they offered a good selection of... cold and warm food.
