Private art lessons are the perfect way to learn skills in a new media without being intimidated by group class scenarios. Work at your own pace or on a personal projects
. Learn techniques the pros use and hone your skills with a professional teaching artist in a one-on-one session tailored to your needs and goals, get the feedback you need.
Private lessons are designed especially for you, choose your media and we will best match you with the appropriate instructor.
Perfect for teens looking to progress into a visual arts career, who are applying to college, we can help you build a unique portfolio of work so you get results.
Or for more experienced artists who might be stuck or procrastinating and/or looking for inspiration.
Choose the PKG of your choice below and fill out the registration form.
Request your date + time + length of the session. Request an instructor or we can choose for you based on your needs and goals. We will get back to you with a confirmation
Remember all media is different, so depending on your goals you will need adequate time. We recommend signing up for at least a minimum of 2 hours if you are intending to paint. A one-hour session is not long enough. If you are working in oil painting, you would need about 3 hours as it is a longer, more involved process.
If you are unsure of what time you need for your lesson(s) please don’t hesitate to contact us prior to your lesson.
Offered 7 days a week morning, afternoon, or evening for all ages + levels.
Select the length of your session. Remember some media requires more time. If you're booking a painting lesson we recommend 2 hours at least.
Book a PKG and split up the hours over a period of days or weeks. All of our PKGs include awesome discounts
Select the media you want to work in.
If you need help, simply include the info on your booking form.
We will get back to you within 24 hours with booking confirmation or in the case that your first date is not available we will provide some options.
Your Private lesson is tailor-made for you or your group!
Book with siblings or friends! Book a PKG and break up the hours over a period of weeks!
Drawing Materials: Paper, pencils, pens, ink, pastels, charcoals are supplied
Painting Materials : The use of oil, acrylic, or watercolor paint is included, along with brushes.
We do NOT supply a canvas. Please purchase your own canvas and bring it to your first lesson. If you're a beginner, we recommend a medium-size canvas (16x20) to start.
Specialty Materials: We do NOT supply any specialty materials, for example finishing mediums or glosses: modeling paste, pumice (coarse), soft gel (gloss), regular gel (semi-gloss), extra heavy gel (matte), clear tar gel, or golden acrylic gel. If you require these items, please purchase prior to your class.
For students up to 17 years, all materials are included, along with canvas for Private Lessons.
Please note we do NOT have large or extra large canvases in stock; if you would like to work on a larger or specific size canvas, please purchase and bring to class.
