Nose: Mascarpone cream and coffee are reminiscent of tiramisu. Sweet forest honey and vanilla followed by tangerine and shortbread surprise positively. • Taste: In the mouth, this single cask from Glen Moray is a little more volatile than the nose. Above all, I taste apples and berries. This malt is very sweet and syrupy. Spices and oak make it look a little dry. • Outlet: Long and warm, spicy and sweet at the same time. Very creamy and getting a little dry at the back.

with water: the nose opens with water, it becomes more floral, the taste flattens, but the finish remains strong. I would rather leave the water out Conclusion: delicious, but the oak is too dominant for my taste. Too bad.

medium length, marzipan, almonds, dark cherry, coffee liqueur, then the very strong oak with spice sets in, very dry at the back and slightly bitter
