Privacy policy Salez Business




This privacy Policy (the "Policy") of the mobile application "Salez Business" (hereinafter — the Application) applies to the information that the LLC "Software Express Team" (hereinafter – the Company) may obtain from the user's device while using the Application. Use of the Application means the user's unconditional consent to this Policy and the conditions for processing information received from the user's device specified in it. In case of disagreement with the Policy, the user must refrain from using the Application.

The app is intended for employers and their mobile employees: couriers, managers, sales representatives.

In the app, the user (mobile employee):

— sees a list of orders for the day;

— find out where, by what time and what route to go; — checks upon arrival at the order and after the end of work; — calls the client or sends them an SMS.

The employer of the mobile employee performs dispatching and control of mobile employees.

The applications, as well as the services/functionality of the Application are implemented to the user on the basis of contracts (agreements) with the Company, as well as regulations that, among other things, regulate all issues of processing and storage of the user's personal data by the Company. This Policy applies only to the Application. The company does not control and is not responsible for the information (consequences of its transfer) transmitted by the user to a third party, if such transfer was performed on a third-party resource to which the user could click on links from the Application.

The company has the right to make changes to this Policy by posting a new version of the Policy on the Company website and / or in the Application. It is the user's responsibility to familiarize with the current version of the Policy. You can contact the App developer for questions related to the privacy policy at: https://salez.uz/support

1. The types of information that can be obtained from the user's device when using the Application (hereinafter – User’s Information), and the purpose of its receipt and the purpose of its use:

1.1. Account information during the registration/authorization in the Application. When registering in the Application, the user voluntarily provides the Company with personal information: full name, email address, phone number, when using the Application, the user can post additional information: date of birth, age, length of service, place of work, photo, as well as other information. Purpose: the name, photo and other information (if the user decides to enter them) will be visible to other users of the Application, which will make it easier to find contacts, if the user does not disable this feature on their own.

1.2. Information about social media accounts. Purpose: to register or authenticate a user in the Application through a third-party social network account. The user has right to use another way of registration/authorization and not to provide such information.

1.3. The location information of the user's device (used by satellite geolocation or positioning via the wireless network). The application always has access to geodata, even if it is inactive. Purpose: informing the user (mobile employee) about the current location on the map, the expected route to the destination. Informing the employer: what time the mobile employee arrived at the place, how long he worked, how long he was on the road, whether he deviated from the route; geomarks for the virtual checkpoint, as well as additional services available to the user and determined by their location. When using the Application, the user is additionally informed about the purpose of using the device location information. The user has the right to refuse this functionality and not grant the Application access to the location of the user's device.

1.4. Photos, media and files on the device. Purpose: receipt and use of images within the services implemented in the Application, including creating and saving images in the user profile in the App receiving images of documents for subsequent sharing with other users in the Application, scanning barcodes (QR code, EAN) for recognizing sales documents by photo, saving multimedia files to the device. The user has the right to refuse this functionality and not grant the Application access to the device storage.

1.5. Information about the version of the operating system and device model. Purpose: to analyze possible errors in the Application and improve the Application.

1.6. Information about the IP address and the address of the user's connection point. Purpose:

increase user’s security when using the Application by implementing login block from not allowed IPaddresses.

1.7. Audio data obtained using the device microphone (implemented in the Application if technically possible). Purpose: making audio calls between users and to the Company using the Application, recording audio messages to send to other users. The user has the right to refuse this functionality and not grant the Application access to the device microphone.

1.8. Photo and video data obtained using the camera (implemented in the Application if technically possible). Purpose: making video calls between users and to Company using the Application, recording and sending video messages, scanning barcodes (QR code, EAN). The user has the right to refuse this functionality and not grant the Application access to the device camera.

1.9. Additionally, within the framework of this Policy, the Company has the right to use additional software tools (including the Company partners’) and cookies to collect and process depersonalized statistical information about the user's use of the Application and services within the Application for the purpose of improving the Application.

2. Conditions for processing user Information, its storage and deletion.

2.1. In accordance with this Policy, the Company processes only the information and only for the purposes specified in clause 1.

2.2. The Company takes all organizational and technical measures depending on the Company to protect the user's information from unauthorized access by third parties, use, copying and distribution. The user on their own may regulate in the personal profile in the Application which personal information can be visible to other users, so the Company is not responsible for the actions of other users in regard to such information, including its further distribution.

2.3. For the purposes set out in this Policy, the Company may involve partners with whom the

Company has concluded relevant confidentiality agreements for processing of user’s information. The Company transfers to partners depersonalized data on the use of the Application for the purpose of improving the operation of the Application on the basis of contracts with partners.

2.4. User’s information is stored on the Company resources until the user deletes the account in the Application.

2.5. The user can delete all their personal data from the Application. You can do this by clicking "Delete account" on your profile page. For the web version, this can be done from the user's context menu, in the mobile application - from the Settings > Support > Delete Account.

The User may withdraw consent to the processing of personal data. It is necessary to send a request by e-mail info@salez.uz. Termination of the processing of personal data may make it impossible to continue using the Application. The Company stops processing personal data for up to 30 days, with the exception of cases provided for in the legislation of the Republic Uzbekistan.
