Habit RPG ("we," "our," or "the App") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application.
1. Information We Collect
To provide a gamified productivity experience, we collect limited information:
Account Information: When you sign up or log in via Google, we collect your email address and basic profile information.
Activity & Progress Data: We track your points, levels, global rankings, and task progress to maintain the RPG mechanics of the app.
Payment Information: All financial transactions are processed securely through the Google Play Billing System. We do not collect or store your credit card or bank details on our servers.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the collected data for the following purposes:
To create and manage your personal user account.
To operate the ranking systems and leaderboards.
To improve user experience and develop new app features.
To send push notifications regarding your habits, tasks, and achievements.
3. Data Sharing & Third-Party Services
We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We only use trusted service providers to ensure the app functions correctly:
Supabase: Used as our secure cloud database to store your account details and progress.
Google Play Services: Used for authentication (Login) and secure in-app purchases.
4. Permissions & Location
Location: The App does not request access to your precise geographical location (GPS).
Device Data: The App does not automatically collect technical device identifiers for tracking or advertising purposes.
5. Data Deletion & User Rights
We believe in giving you full control over your data:
You can request the permanent deletion of your account and all associated data (points, progress, and email) directly through the in-app settings.
Once a deletion request is processed, your data is immediately removed from our Supabase tables and cannot be recovered.
6. Children's Privacy
Habit RPG is intended for users of all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 without parental consent. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal data, we will take steps to delete such information immediately.
