This Privacy Policy explains how Invoice Maker (the “App”) handles information when you use the App.

1) Information You Provide

The App may allow you to enter information needed to create invoices and estimates (for example: business details, invoice items, client names, client contact details, notes, and payment-related details). This information is used to generate and manage your documents and related workflows.

2) Information Collected Automatically

When you use the App, certain information may be collected automatically for app functionality, performance, and troubleshooting purposes. This may include:

  • device and app information (such as device type, operating system version, app version)
  • general usage data (such as feature interactions, diagnostics, and crash logs)

3) How We Use Information

Information may be used to:

  • provide and maintain the App’s core functionality (creating invoices/estimates and managing them)
  • improve app performance and reliability
  • troubleshoot technical issues
  • manage subscriptions and purchases

4) Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information.

We may share limited information in the following cases:

  • Service Providers: If the App uses third-party services for analytics, diagnostics, or infrastructure, those providers may process limited data on our behalf to help operate the App.
  • Legal Requirements: Information may be disclosed if required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security.

If a user requests a refund for an in-app purchase, limited anonymized information may be shared with Apple to support refund processing and verification. This may include (but is not limited to) the time since the App was installed, total usage duration, a non-identifying (anonymous) account or device-based identifier, whether the purchased feature or content was used, whether a free trial applied, and relevant transaction amounts. This information is shared solely for handling refund requests, and no personally identifiable information is included.

6) Data Retention

We keep information only as long as necessary to provide the App and for legitimate business purposes such as troubleshooting, compliance, and dispute resolution, unless a longer retention period is required by law.

7) Your Choices

  • Subscription Management: You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID settings.
  • App Removal: You can stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.

8) Security

Reasonable measures are used to help protect information, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

9) Children’s Privacy

The App is not intended for children under the age of 13 (or the applicable minimum age in your region). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

10) Changes to This Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Updates will be posted in the App or otherwise made available. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated policy.
