Offer Creator is provided by an independent developer (the “Publisher”). Developer details are shown on the app store listing. This Privacy Policy is provided in English; if translated, the English version controls in the event of any inconsistency. This Policy does not apply to third-party products, services, or websites that may be linked from the Services.

Information We Collect

1) Contact Information

When you create or edit a resume, you may provide personal details such as your name, email address, and phone number. You can optionally add items like your address, date of birth, profile photo, or social links (e.g., LinkedIn). We use this information to operate the Services and respond to support requests.

2) Resume Content

To build your resume/CV, you can supply work history, education, skills, projects, hobbies, references, and similar professional details.

You may sign up or log in using third-party accounts (e.g., Apple or Google). Subject to those providers’ policies and your settings, we may receive your name, email, and basic profile information. You can control what is shared through your third-party account.

4) Technical & Log Data

When you access the Services, we may automatically collect technical information, such as device type, operating system, app version, IP address, browser type, mobile network, identifiers (which may be resettable), cookies, crash reports, pages/screens viewed, referral/exit pages, timestamps, and general usage analytics. We use this to maintain security, diagnose issues, and improve performance.

How We Use Your Information

Provide and Operate the Services. Enable resume creation, viewing, export to PDF, and sharing.
Resume Hosting (Optional). If you enable public hosting of your resume, the fields you choose to publish may be publicly accessible. In the United States, hosted resumes may be shared with Resume-Library (a third party), which may allow employers/recruiters to contact you. Please review Resume-Library’s privacy policy before opting in.
AI Assistant (Optional). If you use our AI features, selected resume content (excluding direct personal identifiers such as your name, email, phone number, address, date of birth, or profile photo) may be sent to OpenAI to generate suggestions or improvements. OpenAI’s policies govern their processing.
Personalization. Suggest content or improvements tailored to your profile and use.
Promotions. Provide relevant offers (e.g., trial or subscription discounts).
Safety & Enforcement. Detect and address violations of our Terms, prevent fraud/abuse, and protect users and the Service.
Customer Support. Respond to your requests and troubleshoot issues.
Analytics & Improvements. Analyze usage (often in aggregated or de-identified form) to enhance features and performance; we may use trusted analytics providers.
Communications. Send important updates about the Services, features, and partnerships.
Subscription & Pricing. Process purchases and show appropriate pricing (which may use general location signals).

Service Providers. We share data with trusted vendors who help us operate the Services (e.g., hosting, analytics, payments, customer support, security). They must use your information only as instructed and protect it appropriately.

Public Sharing You Enable. If you choose to host your resume publicly, the information you select will be viewable online.
Direct Sharing You Initiate. You can export and share your resume via email, messaging, or social platforms. Their privacy policies apply.
Targeted Advertising (If Used). We may use information to show you more relevant ads or promotions.
Aggregated/De-Identified Data. We may share or publish insights that do not identify you (e.g., usage statistics).
Business Transfers. If we engage in a merger, acquisition, asset sale, or similar transaction, your information may transfer under safeguards consistent with this Policy.
Legal Compliance & Protection. We may disclose information to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, prevent fraud/abuse, or protect the rights and safety of users and the Publisher.
Refund-Related Disclosures. We may share anonymized consumption data with Apple/Google to help verify refund claims. Direct identifiers are excluded.

Managing Your Data

Update Your Information. Edit your personal and resume details within the app.
Delete Your Account/Data.
If you have an account, sign in, open Settings, and select Delete Account to request deletion.
If you do not have an account, you can uninstall the app to remove local data from your device.

Deletion requests are typically completed within ~45 days. Content you previously shared publicly or with third parties may remain with those recipients.

Children’s Privacy

The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided personal data, contact us so we can take appropriate action.

Data Security

We use technical, organizational, and physical safeguards to help protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Use strong, unique passwords and keep your devices updated.
