Privacy Policy of AI Content Generator

This Privacy Policy explains how AI Content Generator (“we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, shares, stores, and protects information when you use our mobile application (the “App”).

1. Information We Collect

We may collect the following categories of information:

- Reference photos selected or captured by the user, which may include a visible human face.

- Text prompts entered by the user.

- Generated AI content, such as AI photos, AI previews, and AI videos created through the App.

- Purchase and subscription status received from Apple and our subscription service provider.

- Technical data such as device type, app version, operating system version, crash logs, diagnostics, and basic usage events.

- Network metadata that may be processed when requests are sent to our service providers or third-party AI infrastructure.

We do not require users to create an account.

2. Face Data and Reference Photos

The App allows users to select or capture reference photos for AI photo and video generation. These photos may include a person’s face, likeness, or other visible personal characteristics. We refer to this information as “face data” in this Privacy Policy.

The App does not perform face recognition, face matching, identity verification, face tracking, facial authentication, biometric identification, or biometric profiling. We do not create, collect, store, or share face templates, face embeddings, face geometry, biometric identifiers, or other biometric face data.

Face data is used only to generate the AI photo or video requested by the user. For example, a user may provide a reference photo so the App can generate a stylized AI photo, AI video, or trend-based visual result using that reference image.

Face data is processed only when the user voluntarily selects or captures a reference photo and taps Continue in the AI Data Processing Permission prompt. If the user cancels the prompt, the selected photo is not sent to third-party AI services for generation.

We do not sell face data. We do not use face data for advertising, tracking, identity verification, user profiling, or to train our own AI models.

3. AI Processing and Third-Party AI Service Providers

To provide the App’s AI photo and video generation features, we may send the following user-provided data to third-party AI service providers: selected reference photos, images that may include a face or likeness, optional text prompts, reference media, generation settings, and related technical request metadata.

This data may be sent to the following third-party AI service providers used by the App:

- OpenAI Images API for AI image generation and previews.

- fal.ai for AI image and video generation infrastructure.

- Kling AI services for AI video generation.

These providers process the data only to create the AI photo or video requested by the user, operate their services, maintain security, prevent abuse, troubleshoot errors, and comply with legal obligations.

We require our service providers to protect personal data using the same or equivalent level of privacy and security protection described in this Privacy Policy and to process the data only for the purposes needed to provide the requested AI generation service.

We do not permit these providers to use user reference photos or face data for advertising, tracking, identity verification, or profiling on our behalf.

4. Generated AI Content

AI-generated content may be inaccurate, unrealistic, or imperfect.

Users are responsible for the photos, prompts, and content they submit, and for how they use, save, or share generated content.

Users must not use the App to impersonate others, mislead people, violate privacy rights, create unlawful content, or generate content without appropriate rights or consent.

5. Photo Library and Camera Access

The App requests access to the photo library or camera only when needed to:

- Let users choose or capture reference photos for AI generation.

- Save generated photos or videos to the user’s device, if the user chooses to save them.

We do not scan or access the user’s photo library in the background.

6. Payments and Subscriptions

Subscription purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive or store full payment card details.

We may receive subscription status, product identifiers, renewal status, and related purchase information from Apple or our subscription service provider to unlock premium functionality and restore purchases.

7. Analytics, Diagnostics, and Crash Reporting

We may use analytics, diagnostics, crash reporting, remote configuration, and subscription management tools to improve the App, detect errors, prevent abuse, and operate paid features.

This data may include app version, device model, operating system version, crash logs, performance data, and general usage events.

8. How We Use Information

We use collected information to:

- Generate AI photos and videos requested by the user.

- Provide, maintain, and improve the App.

- Manage subscriptions and premium access.

- Save or share generated content when requested by the user.

- Detect bugs, crashes, abuse, or misuse.

- Comply with legal obligations and App Store requirements.

- Respond to support and privacy requests.

9. Data Sharing

We may share information with:

- AI service providers that process uploaded media and prompts to generate requested content.

- Subscription and purchase management providers.

- Analytics, diagnostics, crash reporting, and remote configuration providers.

- Service providers that help us operate, secure, and improve the App.

- Authorities or third parties when required by law or necessary to protect rights, safety, or security.

We do not sell personal information or face data.

10. Data Retention

We do not intentionally store uploaded reference photos or face data on our own servers after the AI generation request is completed.

Selected reference photos, prompts, generation settings, and generated outputs may be temporarily processed and stored by third-party AI service providers for the time necessary to provide the requested generation, maintain service security, prevent abuse, troubleshoot errors, and comply with legal obligations.

For OpenAI API services, API data may be retained for abuse monitoring for up to 30 days unless a longer period is required by law or necessary to protect services or third parties from harm.

For fal.ai and Kling AI services, uploaded inputs, outputs, request payloads, files, logs, or related metadata may be retained according to their operational, security, abuse prevention, and legal compliance requirements.

Generated photos or videos may remain on the user’s device if the user saves them, shares them, or keeps them in the App’s local history. Users can delete locally saved generated content from their device.

11. Children’s Privacy

The App is not specifically directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

If a user voluntarily selects a photo that includes a baby or child, the photo is handled the same way as any other user-provided reference photo: only for the requested AI generation flow. The App does not identify children, create child profiles, perform face recognition, or collect children’s biometric data.

12. User Rights and Requests

Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, deletion, correction, or information about your personal data.

13. International Processing

Information may be processed in countries other than your country of residence. By using the App, you understand that data may be transferred and processed where our service providers operate.

14. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

15. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted with a new effective date.
