Thank you for using Xeno (“the Bot”), a Discord bot designed to provide server management, analytics, and entertainment features. This Privacy Policy explains what data Xeno collects, why, and how it is used.

  •  Server ID

  •  Server name

  •  Channel IDs

  •  Role IDs

  •  Member IDs


2️⃣ User Data

  •  User IDs

  •  Usernames and nicknames

  •  Roles assigned in the server

  •  Presence status (online, idle, dnd, offline) if available

  •  Messages or command inputs (only when using the bot’s commands)


3️⃣ Analytics Data

  •  Usage logs of commands

  •  Message counts (for analytics features)

  •  Join and leave events



3. How we use data:

  •  To provide the Bot’s core features (e.g., analytics, role management, invite tracking)

  •  To respond to commands

  •  To improve and maintain the Bot’s performance and reliability

  •  To prevent abuse and enforce Discord’s Terms of Service

  •  Data is stored only as long as necessary to provide features.

  •  Server configurations are retained until the bot is removed from the server or settings are deleted.

  •  Analytics logs may be purged periodically.

We do not sell or share data with third parties. Data is only accessible to the Bot’s developers for maintenance or debugging.



6. User Rights:


Server owners or authorized admins can:

  •  Request deletion of their server’s data by contacting the developers.

  •  Remove the Bot at any time, which will disable data collection in that server.



7. Security:


We use industry-standard security measures to protect stored data. However, no online service is 100% secure.



8. Changes:


We may update this Privacy Policy. We will notify significant changes in our support server.
