• proxy – to configure proxy settings
• storage – to save your preferences locally
• webRequest and webRequestAuthProvider – to apply proxy settings and handle proxy authentication
• Host access – to route specific domains based on your configured rules

These permissions are solely used to fulfill the core function of the extension and never for tracking or profiling.
