Cordylus Software built the Nocta Pro app as a Free app. This SERVICE is provided by Cordylus Software at no cost and is intended for use as is.

Managing user data

Backup and restore

Nocta Pro stores all data that the user enters in a local database. The security of this database is ensured by the Android operating system. We provide the ability to save the database file that Nocta Pro stores and uses as a ZIP format archive for backup and future recovery. The user is fully responsible for the safety of the backup files and database files when choosing where to store them. Nocta Pro does not transfer these files over a network, does not share them with third parties and is not responsible for their safety.

Because Nocta Pro does not transfer user data to any servers and works completely offline, we strongly recommend that you back up your user data to avoid loss or damage. We are not responsible for loss or corruption of user data resulting from uninstalling, updating or reinstalling Nocta Pro, third-party software or the operating system.

Providing readable subscription data

Nocta Pro provides the ability to store all subscription data that the user has entered and that is stored within the local database in a readable text format. The user is fully responsible for the safety of these files when choosing where to store them. Nocta Pro does not transfer these files over a network, does not share them with third parties and is not responsible for their safety.

Children’s Privacy

These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact me so that I will be able to do the necessary actions.
