* **No Photo/Video Storage on Servers:** Images and videos taken using My TempCamera are stored exclusively within the App's secure local sandbox container on your physical iOS device. We do not upload, cache, transmit, or back up your media to external servers.
* **No Personal Data Collection:** We do not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, or account details.
* **No Tracking or Data Selling:** We do not use third-party tracking frameworks, advertising identifiers, or analytics tools that profile your behavior or sell your information.
## 2. Device Permissions Used
To function properly, the App requires access to specific native iOS permissions:
* **Camera:** Necessary to capture the short-term photos and videos you instruct the App to take.
* **Local Storage/Sandbox:** Necessary to temporarily store media on your device until its expiry timer runs out.
## 3. Data Retention and Self-Destruction
All media captured within My TempCamera is governed by user-defined expiration countdown timers (ranging from 1 minute to 1 month).
* Once the expiration timer strikes zero, the respective file is automatically and permanently purged from the local sandbox environment.
* Data deletion is irreversible. We retain no data fragments or hidden background caches.
## 4. User Rights and Data Deletion
Since all data remains exclusively on your physical hardware, you maintain total control over your information at all times:
* You may instantly delete any photo manually via the dashboard grid interface prior to its automated expiration.
* Deleting the My TempCamera app from your device will immediately destroy all files currently stored within the local app sandbox container.
