Welcome to Last Language App, a mobile application for learning English: vocabulary, grammar, reading and training exercises. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and disclose information about you when you use Last Language App on iOS and Android.

By using Last Language App, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, please do not use the app.

Information We Collect

The app does not require registration and we do not collect your name, email address, or any account credentials.

We collect the following information:

Usage information. We collect anonymous information about how you use the app, such as the screens you view, the lessons and exercises you complete, your interactions with app features, session dates and times, and similar analytics data. This is collected through Google Firebase Analytics.

Device information. We collect information about the device you use, such as device model, operating system version, app version, language settings, and coarse region (derived from your IP address). We do not collect your precise location.

Crash and diagnostics data. If the app crashes or malfunctions, we collect technical diagnostic reports through Google Firebase Crashlytics to help us find and fix problems.

Learning content. Your learning progress (saved words, completed lessons, training results) is stored locally on your device. When you complete certain exercises, the text of your answer may be sent to our server to check your answer and generate feedback. These requests contain only the exercise content and are not linked to your identity.

Purchase information. Subscriptions are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play. We receive only anonymous confirmation of your subscription status. We never see or store your payment details.

How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

Provide and improve the app and its learning features;
Analyze anonymous usage patterns to optimize lessons and app performance;
Diagnose and fix crashes and technical issues;
Unlock premium features when you purchase a subscription.

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We do not use advertising networks and we do not track you across other companies' apps or websites.

We share information only with the following service providers, solely to operate the app:

Google Firebase (Analytics, Crashlytics) — anonymous usage analytics and crash reporting;
Apple App Store / Google Play — subscription processing.

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, property, or safety, or those of our users.

Data Retention

Analytics and crash data are retained by our service providers for a limited period and are then deleted or aggregated. Your learning progress is stored on your device and is deleted when you uninstall the app.

Security

We take reasonable measures to protect the information we collect. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children's Privacy

The app is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13.

Your Rights

Depending on your region, you may have the right to request access to or deletion of your data. Since we do not collect identifying information, most data cannot be linked back to you. For any privacy request, contact us at the email below.
