Geolocation Information: We may request access or permission to track location-based information from your mobile device, either continuously or while you are using our mobile application, to provide personalized content such as local church information or region-specific biblical resources. If you wish to change our access or permissions, you may do so in your device's settings.
Camera and Photo Access: We may request access to your device's camera and photo library to enable you to capture and share prayer requests, inspirational verses, or other faith-related content. If you wish to change our access or permissions, you may do so in your device's settings.
Mobile Device Access: We may request access or permission to certain features from your mobile device, including your mobile device's storage, and other features. If you wish to change our access or permissions, you may do so in your device's settings.
Mobile Device Data: We automatically collect device information (such as your mobile device ID, model, and manufacturer), operating system, version information and system configuration information, device and application identification numbers, hardware model, Internet service provider and/or mobile carrier, and Internet Protocol (IP) address or proxy server. If you are using our application, we may also collect information about the phone network associated with your mobile device, your mobile device's operating system or platform, the type of mobile device you use, your mobile device's unique device ID, and information about the features of our application you accessed.
Push Notifications: We may request to send you push notifications regarding daily devotionals, prayer reminders, verse of the day, or certain features of the application. If you wish to opt out from receiving these types of communications, you may turn them off in your device's settings.
Sensitive Personal Information: We do not process sensitive personal information.
Information from third parties: We do not receive any information from third parties.
This information is primarily needed to maintain the security and operation of our application, for troubleshooting, and for our internal analytics and reporting purposes. All personal information that you provide to us must be true, complete, and accurate, and you must notify us of any changes to such personal information.

We may disclose your personal information in the event that such action is necessary to:

Opt-in: We contractually prohibit our publishing clients and partners from placing our services and applications on services and platforms that target individuals younger than 16 years old. We do not sell personal information of individuals under 16 years of age.
Nondiscrimination: You are entitled to exercise the rights described above free from discrimination. This means that we will not penalize you for exercising your rights by taking actions such as denying you services; increasing the price/rate of services; decreasing service quality; or suggesting that we may penalize you as described above for exercising your rights.

We will need to confirm your identity and California residency to process your requests to exercise your information, access or deletion rights. We cannot process your request if you do not provide us with sufficient detail to allow us to understand and respond to it.
How does our application handle Do Not Track signals?
We honor Do Not Track signals and do not track, plant cookies, or use advertising when a Do Not Track (DNT) browser mechanism is in place.
Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
